CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!

Washing Instructions for Heating Pad or Heat Wrap with removable cover:
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Remove cover from pad.
3. Machine wash only the cover in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent.
4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle.
5. Do not wash heating pad. Wipe heating pad with a damp cloth only, as needed. Do not dampen the cord and connector.  Hang to dry.

Washing Instructions for Heating Pad or Heat Wrap with detachable controller and no removable cover:
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector.
3. Machine wash pad in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent.
4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle.
5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

To help preserve your heating pad, please follow the guidelines below:

• Avoid using pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
• Do not sit on or crush pad.
• Avoid sharp folds as damage to the wires could occur.
• Never pull the pad by the power supply cord or use the cord as the handle.
• Loop cord loosely when storing, tight wrapping may damage cord and internal parts.
• Allow to cool before storing and do not crease by placing items on top of it. Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place.
On average, the heating pad takes 9 minutes to heat up. Heating pads with self-limiting wire technologies may take longer to heat up.
The surface temperature on all Sunbeam® resistance heating pads is a maximum of 135°F - 140°F. For most Sunbeam® heating pads, you can select a temperature from the following settings: Low: 110°F Medium: 138°F High: 160°F. Sunbeam® heating pads are engineered to never exceed 176°F the temperature set by Underwriters Laboratory (UL).
They will remain cool or hot for approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on variables such as air temperature.
