Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Rated 5 out of 5 by Cupcake1 from Love it! I really didn't realize that there is so much difference in heating pads. This one is far superior to any others I have ever used. It heats up so fast, you can get relief quick. I personally like it on high, but it goes all the way down to a warm setting if that's all the heat you need. The material is super soft and feels great against bare skin. The cord is pretty long. I had no problem sitting on my couch, which sits away from the wall, and being able to plug it in. Another great feature is that it's washable and can be used for moist heat. I haven't washed mine yet, but it's great to know that it's an option if needed.

The material is so soft and flexible and feels great to lay on and lay on painful areas. It has 4 heat settings and a 2 hour auto shut off. It is Extra long for more coverage. It heats up really quickly and feels so great when its on. There is a moist heat option too, just lightly spray the fabric with water. I found the medium setting to be hot enough but everyone has their own preference. I have been getting back pains more frequently and this has come in so handy! Overall, I would definitely recommend this heating pad to anyone looking for relief.

My 6 year old had an ear ache and I loved that it had a "warm" feature so she could lay on it. It heated up pretty quickly as well. The cord is pretty long as well so it was easy to find a spot to plug it in. The 2 hour automatic shut off gives me a piece of mind that if it gets left on or turned on it won't stay on long term. The heating pad itself is very comfortable to lay on and is large enough to sooth my whole lower back/hips without having to rearrange it. Overall it's a great heating pad and we will definitely get lots of use out of it!

My old heating pad from the 1970's had quit, so I decided to give this one a try. Wow what a difference! Gone are the two 'is it on?' and 'way too hot!' settings of the old one's controller; this one has four ranging from warm through hot. Plus, you can't accidentally leave it on if you forget; it shuts off automatically. I haven't tried the moist heat option, but I can say it really helped with muscle cramps all on its own. They do make a larger size, which would be nice if you were trying to do your whole back, but this one seems big enough for most needs.

In fact, to the point that I "borrowed" it so much that he made me get my own! Lol! I got a bit smaller version but it fits me perfectly and his larger one fits him perfectly. I can't believe how quick and effective it is for being so thin and low profile. The quickness of heating is key especially when you're in pain! We are both avid competitive runners who get muscle cramps/spasms and this has been a life saver for us. The controls are high quality and easy to use. In fact, I got rid of my last heating pad because these are just awesome. Great value, would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Burns72 from Great relief Not all things are created equal. I thought I knew what a heating pad was but comparing this Sunbeam to a heating pad. Is like apples and oranges. This is in a totally different category. You have four heat settings, the cord unplugs so you can actually put the pad in the washing machine. This have Graphene which helps conducts heat better. The safety feature I like is that it turns off within two hours after you turn it on. This is the top of the line in quality and performance. This really helps with my back pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Don Free from Puts out perfect heat I needed a new heating pad after mine crapped the bed. I use it frequently on my low back and wanted one that stays hot. This heating pad is great. It stays heated and not just in one area but the entire pad stays hot. There are four heat levels and it also turns off after two hours. This is nice because I tend to fall asleep in my recliner with it on full blast. The buttons are lighted so you can use it in thr dark without pressing the wrong buttons. The nicest part is that it disconnects from the charging cord so it can be wrapped up much easier.

Firstable it arrived just in time to start my period in which I usually suffer from pain, so it has helped me a lot with the relieving. It heats really quick, and is very easy to use, you just connect it, and it has a control attached to tha cable in which you adjust the temperature to low, medium or high, and the on/off button; it also turns off in 2 hours of use atomatically which I think is great for security. For me is also a plus that is super soft to the touch and it feels like a good material, also the lenght of the cable.
