Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad is only heating for less than 20 minutes. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. Control Blinking, No Heat, or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source. To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order: 1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds. 2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad. 3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight. 4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use an extension cord. Do not use generators, power converters, or inverters. 5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional. 6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet. Your Sunbeam® AdvancedHeat Standard-Sized Heating Pad has a 3-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd kindly request that you contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a good day! https://www.sunbeam.com/support/contact-us

Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We value your continued support of our product and we are glad to assist you with your inquiry. Please note that Advanced Heat is different from ConformHeat™. ConformHeat™ is a cleverly-designed heating pad that easily flexes curved body parts. It's lightly weighted with beads to keep it in place and snug against the body. The underside of the pad features soft, micro plush fabric that's comfortable on the skin and machine washable for easy care. While Advanced Heat Technology uses a graphene material designed to concentrate heat for deeper penetration to your back, arms, legs, and shoulders. Also, please be advised that our website is no longer accepting orders. As we pursue new pathways to bring our products directly to you, we are relying on our retail partners to offer you the best of Sunbeam® products. You can purchase Sunbeam® products at any of our retail partners and prices may vary depending on the retail store. We hope this helps. Have a good day!
