Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad will not turn on. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. Control Blinking, No Heat, or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source. To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order: 1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds. 2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad. 3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight. 4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use an extension cord. Do not use generators, power converters, or inverters. 5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional. 6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet. Your Sunbeam® Premium XXL Size Heating Pad has a 5-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd kindly request that you contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a good day!

Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We value your continued support of our product and we are glad to assist you with your inquiry. The surface temperature on all Sunbeam® resistance heating pads is a maximum of 135°F - 140°F. For most Sunbeam® heating pads, you can select a temperature from the following settings: Low: 110°F Medium: 138°F High: 160°F. Sunbeam® heating pads are engineered to never exceed 176°F the temperature set by Underwriters Laboratory (UL). We hope this helps. Have a good day!

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®! We sincerely appreciate your interest with our products. At this time, all our heating pads only have 2 hours auto shut-off. You may restart the unit by sliding to off position then back to desired heat level. This is to help prevent damages on the pad and risks of overheating. We hope this helps!

Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam® Brand. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we are sorry to hear that your Sunbeam® Premium XXL Size Heating Pad with Compact Storage stopped working. It's definitely not the experience that we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. There are several causes for this issue: 1. The product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. The product wasn't plugged in properly. To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord. 4. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. (if your product has a detachable cord) 5. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance. 6. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. If the same problem happens, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. We hope this helps!
