Hello. Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear the cord on your Sunbeam® AdvancedHeat™ Heating Pad has become twisted, that’s understandably frustrating. The power cord and controller are not sold separately, so we’re not able to offer a replacement straight cord. However, since your heating pad is less than six months old, our team would be happy to review this with you and help find the best solution. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us form on our website. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. Thank you! Sunbeam® Consumer Care

Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad is only heating for less than 20 minutes. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. Control Blinking, No Heat, or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source. To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order: 1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds. 2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad. 3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight. 4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use an extension cord. Do not use generators, power converters, or inverters. 5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional. 6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet. Your Sunbeam® AdvancedHeat Standard-Sized Heating Pad has a 3-year limited warranty.
