Care & Maintenance
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector.
3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent.
4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle.
5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Love this!
Awesome heating pad. I have used it several times for various reasons. As we age, parts of our body just hurt for no reason. This has helped my lower back pain, neck pain, stomach pain and ect. It heats up quickly and works wonderfully well. Awesome quality and definitely recommend.

When they say happy wife happy life. And it is true guys! My wife uses this faithfully every month we have no complaints we have smiles we have happy life which means our wife is happy! I have use this a couple of times when I throw my back out and it works wonders it is very good

It's excellent
I have tried other heating pads for my back, but none of them delivers the heat as this one does. I suffer from debilitating back issues, and this helps immensely. It's straightforward no bells and whistles that a person may or may not use. Has a 2 hour safety shutoff as well.

Great setting and heat
Started training for a marathon this spring and bought this for my post run recovery therapy. The multiple heat setting are super easy to use and the ultra soft heating pad cover pad feel great on your skin. It's been a blessing for my lower back, knees, calves, and ankles.

Great product!
I love my new Sunbeam Avanced Heating Pad. It is easy to use, comfortable to lay on and I love the feel of the material. It works wonders with my back pain. The only downside is when I leave the room I have to fight the dog for it back because he loves laying on it too. Lol.

The Sunbeam Advanced Heating Pad has been very helpful. I have lower back and shoulder pain and have been using the heating pad on a regular basis. It is lightweight and travels easily with me. Temperature control, whether on high or low, has made me feel much better.

Works amazing!!! Love the size of it and how quickly it heats up. Covers a large area and can be manipulated easy to fit in different areas of body. Love that you can choose different heart settings. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a larger heating pad.

This heating pad has worked really well for my lower back pain. Give off a deep heat to reach to pain I have. Has 4 heat settings and a 2 hour auto off incase you forget to turn it off or fall asleep with it on. Very comfortable material that is flexible as well.

Perfect for pets!
So I actually got this primarily for my cat. I work from home and she loves the warmth of my laptop, I plugged this in and sat it next to me on the floor and its been a great distraction rather than laying on my computer! Good amount of heat and very well made.

I’m not sure I believe all of the claims. But, I will say this has become the “go to” heating pad for the family. Monthly pains, muscle tightness, pain tweaks, it’s served them all over the last few weeks. The hardest thing is keeping track of it in the house!

Great heating pad!
This is a great heating pad. I get terrible migraines and often heat helps to alleviate the pain. This heating pad heats up quickly which is so nice and is warm without being so hot that it burns. Overall this is a great product and a really nice heating pad.

This heating pad is great. It's super easy to use and is just the right size for my back. The material is comfortable and easy to adjust in to the right spots. I use it for my back, and my daughter, softball and volleyball player, uses it for her shoulder.

got this heating pad for my 20 year old who is about to move out on her own. I mean who doesn't need a heating pad in their household. Was very impressed that it heated up so quickly. Sunbeam is such a good brand I think it will last her for years to come

Bought 3 this year- all stopped working quickly
I have purchased 3 Sunbeam heating pads from CVS and use them daily. They all stop working after just a few months. I won't be purchasing anything from Sunbeam brand anymore- they have lost a loyal customer due to bad products and subpar customer service.

Amazing relief
I was having extreme back pain from slouching at my desk. I plugged this in and loved the simple buttons and multi temperature choices. The shut off timer is really nice if one doses off from the relaxation of the heart. Small enough to apply anywhere.

This heating pad works great for my aches and pain, it gets warm fast and just hot enough not too hot, some heating pads I've tried get too hot.
This one is soft and easy to operate, great to use for stress in my neck or to assist me with a head ache.

Great little heating pad!
This is such a great little heating pad. I LOVE that there's a warm option, in addition to low medium and high. There's also an auto shutoff after 2 hours. One side is silky and the other side is so super soft. It's great and I'm happy to have it!

I’m so glad I have this heating pad. I had the old family heirloom heating pad aka fire hazard, but this one is so much better. Its so soft and the automatic shut off relieves a lot of stress and it has four settings - not just off and on fire.

Perfect heating pad!
I got this heating pad after my old one broke and it's so much better! It's big enough to cover my entire lower back, it heats up quick and a lot hotter than my old one. The wires even disconnect from the pad and you can wash it in the machine!

I love this heating pad! It has been great for my sciatica. It gets very warm very fast. I like the “warm” feature it provides unlike your standard heating pad. I also appreciate the auto-shutoff feature after two hours for safety purposes.

I love it!
It helps a lot when I'm on my period to reduce cramps and it helps me a lot when my shoulder hurts, I just put it on the skin and let the heat act and relieve the pain.
I love its smoothness and ease of use.
