WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

It is just the right size to target a specific area or joint without being too big and "blanketing" a large portion of your body. I really like the fact that the pad can be detached from the controller for cleaning and is machine washable, too.

For any aches and pains you might have, this heating pad will bring you warmth and relief! In addition, there are multiple heat settings and the heat is distributed evenly, so no hot or not spots-just perfect comfort!

It’s high-quality and cloth covering of the pad are both reassuring and comforting. Is an excellent used during a recent snowstorm headed also comes in handy during that time of the month.

I’ve used it after my workout, or after a long shift at work. It’s very comfortable and heats up quick! I’m always cold so this is gonna be my best friend wants fall gets here! So definitely a double duty item for me!

It fits across my back perfectly. It’s super soft and has four different heat settings, and my favorite part is that it’s machine washable. The cord detaches and you can just toss it in the wash. Super convenient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, continuous heat. I suffer from osteoarthritis and sometimes a good dose of heat is the only way to get my knees and hips moving. I've used many heating pads and blankets, and this is by far the one with the most features I can use. I really like how you can unplug the pad and wash it. You can even use it for 'wet heat.' That's huge. All my other pads just had a cover. This pad seems to be able to be squished OK without losing it's form. It also heats up really quickly and stays very consistent. I can't honestly really handle the high settings without it being on top of a blanket or something. The controls are quite intuitive and the designers have included a safety feature that shuts it off after 2 hours. Sometimes so much heat can make naps happen. They rarely last 2 hours, but I suppose you could use this in bed and not have to worry about the heat staying on all night long. All in all an impressive heating pad, as such things go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heats up really fast This heating pad heats up really fast. I’ve used the different settings I can’t really feel a difference between medium and high. The material is really nice and soft. There is a suggestion to get the fabric moist and then use it to get a hotter feeling, so I tried it and yes, it does feel much hotter. Don’t need to put too much water on it, just a little.

Simply plug it in and select the heat setting that is right for your needs. Comes with auto shut off after 2 hours. Appears to be high quality materials. All around great product that delivers good heat quickly.

I like the easy to use hand control it fits your hand just right and the push button control is easy to use and understand. It heats fast and if you need moist heat you just spray it with water. I was surprised that it is machine washable too.

I love the 4 heat settings. And I like having the auto shut off. The pad is a great size, plenty long enough for knee, back, stomach, or any area you need a heating pad for. Such nice soft material too

It seemed like it was always not hot enough or scalding. This heating pad has been a lifesaver. It heats up fast and is the perfect size for our needs. The fabric cover is soft and machine washable. I love to spray water on the cover for deep penetrating relief. This heating pad is much better than others I have tried in the past. It's the perfect size especially when used on the back, stays on shoulder when used there. The material feels very comfortable against the skin. The heat output is very easy to adjust. It gives out the perfect amount of heat.

It heats up rather quickly and even the lowest setting of warm, is soothing. You can feel each temperature step up as well. The auto shut off is a fantastic safety feature in case you fall asleep with it on-and you can because the heat is soothing.

It heats up quickly and has an auto shut off time of two hours in the event you forget to shut it off or fall asleep with it. This is by far the best heating pad i have had the pleasure of owning for various aches and pains.

The material is not scratchy or abrasive. The size is good to use for a variety of body areas, but I use mostly on my back and shoulders. This would also come in handy for period cramps. I would recommend!

It's plenty big, has adjustable heat settings, and thankfully has an automatic shut off after 2 hours since I fell asleep with it on! The pad is machine washable and dryable. I would definitely recommend it for sore muscles or cramps.

It has an easy to use temperature control to change the intensity setting. The material is soft and durable and heats up quickly. If you have an athlete at home or just need to relax at the end of the day, this heating pad works great.

It's soft on both side but one is kind of fuzzy and one is silky. The length is very adequate for wrapping around where you need it. So it reaches both my hips and across my back to relieve it. It's a soothing warm heat directed just where needed.

It is approximately 12 inches by sixteen inches and it works perfectly in my recliner on my neck and shoulders. It is also very soft and flexible and very comfortable, with four heat settings it is just what I needed. You won't regret this heating pad it is great.

It also has a removable material pad so it can be removed for washing. Easy to use and helps with all diffrent kinds of pain. My 8 year old has leg pain some nights and he enjoys it. I get menstrual pain and it helps me. It's a multiuse heating pad.

Out of the blue for no reason, it completely stopped working and I am not happy about it. It’s not a cheap item, but it (was) well worth it. Now no heat is emitting whatsoever. It didn’t get wet and has been meticulously maintained. I’m very disappointed.

When I was given the opportunity to get another one, I didn't hesitate. This heating pad looks modern, heats up very very quickly and does what it's supposed too. It's easy to store. Over all great product.

I suffer from chronic back pain and I use this at least 3 times a week and love that it has 4 settings. One of the best features is you can use either side one for more advanced heat or just normal . I will never use a different heating pad.

Desperately, I grabbed this box and was able to set up half asleep. (Just plug in and hit the intensity you'd like). Oh my goodness, I put it it on high and it worked so quickly! My back ache went away and I knocked back out. My new fav thing.

It delivers great heat and really helps my cramping and back pain that I get every month if you know what I mean. It doesn't get super hot where I'm in pain. It's definitely worth the extra money to get this model.

It tends to heat up a lot faster than I'm used to, but it doesn't get as hot as others. If you are looking for quick and comfort, this is the one for you. If you need more heat, it is not. Overall I am happy!

I bought another kind not that long ago that doesn’t shut off at all which is a safety issue. This one also heats up quickly and I’m able to form it to where I need it. I was able to use it on my neck easily. Great product.
