WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector.
3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent.
4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle.
5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Love this heating pad!
I have had many heating pads over the years. I have used them to help relieve sore muscles after workouts, back pain, morning stiffness. I have to say this heating pad is the best one I have ever used. The quality of the pad itself is great. It is soft but sturdy. There are 4 heating levels, which is more than most heating pads have. One of my favorite things is that this heating pad does not get too hot on the lowest level. I would highly recommend this heating pad!

Amazing!
I got this out of the box, plugged it in, it has at least a 10 foot cord on it. I placed it on my neck and down my back and leaned back in my chair and felt the heat within minutes, I had it on medium. My neck was hurting so bad that I couldn't even move it back and forth without severe pain. And it's 2 ft long by 1 foot wide and it goes all the way down your back. I fell asleep and woke up about 10 minutes later cause the phone rang and I could not believe how much better my neck was. It says it penetrates heat 2x deeper and it sure does. And the material is so soft and flexible, the body side is like a cotton material but the other side is like velvet. You can spray fabric with water for deep penetrating pain relief, I haven't tried that yet, but just the heat was amazing. I would highly recommend this heat pad, it's amazing.

Just what I needed
This heating pad has been fantastic for my stiff neck and sore shoulders. There is an auto off function so I can turn it on and then fall asleep knowing it will turn off after 2 hours. The pad is a nice big size so it can cover the whole area at once. It heats up super fast and I love that it has the option of using it wet to get that deep muscle pain relief. The cover comes off so it's super easy to clean afterwards. This is a really great heating pad.

What a relief
This is seriously an upgraded heating pad that surpassed any of my expectations that I thought would come from this this really does deeply penetrate into the target area of pain that you have you laid it on there it's it's perfectly on any area that you have a problem with stomach cramps this really alleviates anything like that easy to operate no issues stays warm not too hot concentrates on the pain to relieve your symptoms very well

Absolutely love this heating pad! It's big enough to get both of my hips at the same time or cover my neck and shoulders comfortably without having to move it constantly. Love that it has an automatic shut off after 2 hours, I can take a nap while using it and not worry about it overheating or starting a fire. I haven't tried the wet heat feature yet, but what a great idea! Very happy with this product and cannot recommend it enough.

Pain relief
I’ve always had trouble finding a good heating pad that actually targets the areas of pain, and help to relieve swelling. I really love haw hot it gets too, it really reaches a great temperature at a quick pace. I usually leave it on for around 20 minutes, then turn it off a bit. Dso much better than expensive creams th at smell and don’t work. It’s very easy to clean, and just as easy to store away so it doesn’t get ruined.

Just the right size!
I love the size of this Sunbeam AdvancedHeat Heating Pad. It's just right for my lower back and if I need some relief on my shoulders, it fits perfectly draped over on them. Other heating pads seem too large for my needs. This one is just right. It heats up very fast, has enough heat settings to get your perfect temperature. I will be suggesting to my family and friends that they should keep this on hand for when it's needed.

Definitely soothes aches!
Since I’ve been using this heating pad on my sore knee and back it has helped relieve the pain immensely. I really like the large flexible soft pad and 2 hour shut off. It heats up fast and has 4 heat settings which is nice. The pad is washable if needed too. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing heat therapy to help alleviate aches and pains. I’m very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the heating pad.

Soothing for when I'm on my period
This heating pad is exactly what I needed for the days when I am on my period and get very painful abdominal and lower back cramps. I like that it has 4 heat levels and it automatically shuts off after 2 hours. That feature is a big plus for me, as I tend to fall asleep while using it. It’s not very big or bulky so I can use it while watching TV on the couch or in bed. It works exactly as advertised. I am happy to have it.

The best on the market!
This Sunbeam® AdvancedHeat™ Heating Pad is truly amazing! I suffer from chronic back pain and use a heating pad throughout the majority of my day and while I sleep at night. This one is huge and covers a large portion of my back! The heat is also amazing getting warm enough to touch deep tissue for extra relaxation. Seriously though, because of the size and advanced heating technology I will never use another heating pad

Amazing heating pad!
I absolutely love this Sunbeam AdvancedHeat Heating Pad! It's smaller than I expected but works better in my opinion! It's small but really distributes the heat evenly on my back. It's powerful and it's really helping with my back pain. The cord is pretty long so I can easily find an outlet wherever I'm sitting or laying. I also love that it has a auto turn off setting and it's machine washable too! Definitely recommend!

Great Heating Pad
Sunbeam® AdvancedHeat™ Heating Pad is great. It works like a charm on my abdominal pain during periods and helps relieve any other muscle pain. It helps my boyfriends relieve fibromyalgia pain as well. It is well designed, small, and portable. The control is very easy to use and you can adjust the heat. It turns itself off after 2 hours. It is small, yet effective. I recommend this for anyone dealing with pain.

Fast heat technology
We have used many Sunbeam products over the years because we trust the Brand.
This is a premium hearing pad, standard size, 12" x 15", with 4 heat settings and a 2 hour auto-off feature. It is soft and flexible and washable. try this Sunbeam AdvancedHeat Heating Pad, I love this heating pad! It's SO soft!!! The part that touches your skin feels like a soft blanket, and the back is still very soft and beautiful. It's much nicer than the normal rough material that covers most heating pads. Not to mention this works great! It heats up quickly and does a great job of relaxing those stiff muscles. I love it! it's very easy to use

Perfect for my mom
Since dad passed away, I was thinking of how to help mom keep her feet warm overnight while she sleeps. This is perfect to help warm the bed before she gets in and help keep her feet warm throughout the evening without adding too much weight or overall heat. The 2-hour shut off helps perfectly. She can use it at night and not worry about it staying on and can turn it back on if she gets up or wakes up.

The pad is a soft plush fabric and has an easy accessible attached controller with 4 heat settings, and 2-hour auto-shutoff. Love love love
I got this heating pad because I work in a warehouse lifting thousands of pounds in a day an walking 40plus miles. Im sore as can be at the end of each day an this heating pad had made a world of difference for me. So many heat setting options. Long cord. Soft material thats also easy to take apart to wash. It's compact size is perfect for knees backs shoulders or pretty much anywhere ur hurting.

Doesn't HEAT after 15 month.
After just 1 year and 3 month. This Heat Pad Stopped Heating AT-ALL , the power Light Goes On. It's plugged directly to he Wall Outlet. I unplugged it waited 30 minutes, plugged it again, and POWERS ON, but doesn't HEAT ...

It's hot and its comfortable
I've had dozens of heating pads over the year. More often than not, they are too small, or they simply can't generate enough heat for my needs/comfort. Overall, I really liked this one. I won't say it was the MOST amazing I've had, but it was very nice and seems to be made of good material. I need to continue putting it through it's paces, but so far I'm a fan and think it's a good purchase.

Penetrating Heat
This heating pad definitely surpassed my expectations. I love the 4 settings and the 2 hour cut off feature. I was thinking the first setting, warm, wouldn't be that good but it actually is. I did try all settings and all were good. I love the feel of the fabric against me. I will use it on the regular because I put it on my calf muscle and the next morning I can tell it helped tremendously.

I received this and I can say i'm extremely impressed with it. I've been on a heating pad every day for my lower back for atleast 25+ years. I've gone through my share of heating pads. I love this one because I feel like the heat pentrates deeper and faster. I have noticed I spend half the amount of time on this pad than I have on others. The auto timer off is a great feature as well.

Perfect size
I actually ended up letting my pregnant friend borrow this heating pad for her back when she sits at work. She said she absolutely loves it, as it is large enough to go across her entire lower back. And when she has to get up and walk around and do work tasks if she forgets about the heating pad it automatically turns off which is a great feature. Would buy additional ones in the future.

This heating pad is so soft and comfortable. It is designed with Advanced Heat Technology with Graphene to help get to the pain deeper and faster. There is 4 settings, warm, low, medium and high that you can adjust based on your level on pain. You can also spray the fabric with water for a moist heat option. I keep my heating pad next to my night stand. It truly is a life saver.

WONDERFUL!
Being a senior citizen, you ALWAYS need a heating pad. This Sunbeam Heating Pad is fantastic. My husband hurt his back just this morning and I was able to put this heating pad right at the correct spot for his back (LOVE that), and after about 20 min, the spasm released. So thankful that we had the Sunbeam Heating Pad. I would definitely recommend it to all of our friends.

Feels wonderful
I have been using the Sunbeam AdvancedHeat Heating Pad for a couple weeks and it feels terrific. We have been doing remodeling on our house which has been strenuous work. There is nothing better than using the heating pad after a long day. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it is a little awkward to use on my shoulders without it falling out of place.

Easy to use
Simple, easy to use and much more flexible than my older model. I love that the cord unplugs so that you can wash it. Its small enough to take along with you when the need arises and its all one piece. I no longer struggle to keep a cover on it, its all one piece. The adjustable heat settings are ideals. The 2 hour timer works well to turn the mat off automatically.

Soft, works great
I have an old plastic polyester covered heating pad that still works but it sticks to you. I wanted to see what kind of improvements I’d get with a new one and boy, they have come a LONG way!
This new heating pad is soft, flexible, and has so many new features. The most important to me is an auto shut off for safety. I’ve dozed before while laying in my pad and having one that automatically shuts off brings me peace of mind. This one also has 4 heat settings while my old one only had 2. This one heats up within seconds for faster relief. I like that it is flexible so I can wrap it to my abdomen to my back when I have cramps because I often have them in the front and back simultaneously. The pad itself is machine washable which is amazing! My other is not. After trying this one, I realize how much I was missing by not upgrading sooner. At this price point, it won’t break the bank but will impress you. Highly recommend.
