Machine-washable wrap
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New model is too big I have used an older version of this for 15 years. It was perfect but finally stopped functioning. I ordered this newer model assuming it would be similar but it's way too big for me. It also has a firm bar around the neck which doesn't mold well to my neck so the heating pad doesn't rest on my neck and shoulders and is uncomfortable. I wish Sunbeam still made the older version.

It takes a little time to heat up and the 20 minute limit does not provide enough time for full benefit of the product for me. Have not found a way to adjust the time limit. This is the only negative. Even so I am glad to have purchased the product.

Good news is that the wire in it makes it easy to mold to your neck - bad new is that it makes it somewhat heavy. I don't mind it when I am using it but it is awkward to store when you are not.

I also use a regular heating pad where it doesn’t cover since I have had a desk job for the past few years and sitting is hard on my back. I noticed my pain level is down noticeably since I don’t have to keep readjusting the pad .

We have followed all the recommendations but after 3 minutes its back to showing < F > Looks like this would be our purchase of this Sunbeam product

He said it felt really great and helped soothe the pain. He was resting in the recliner with it on after working and actually fell right to sleep!

I don’t have proof of purchase since it was a gift. I’m so disappointed that it just stopped working! It was great for the time it actually worked and heated up!

I find that the weight on my neck is uncomfortable. Other than that, I would be very satisfied.

The control unit started blinking and does not work, The customer service is awful with a crazy BOT and rep does not get connected at all , You pay a high price for a poor quality product
