Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plush heat is perfect! I bought this last year on impulse and I’m so glad! I pop it on at night and it eases away the painful knots and tightness in my neck and upper back. Whether you have a physically demanding job, or sit at a computer all day and/or work out hard, this perfect comfort The little magnet keeps it in place. Works wonders in drafty offices, too! I only wish they still made the XL as I want one to keep at home AND one for work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working Bought this about 6 months ago and love it. Now it won’t work. Light on highest setting flashes and won’t change he setting. Sometimes if I unplug it and plug it back in it will work on lower setting then stop again. I would like to know if this is a common problem as I see others on here with the same issue. For the cost I think it should last longer than 6 months. What exactly does the 5 yr limited warranty cover?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for what it does As a mother of three children (7 and under) I often end the day tired and with body aches. I tend to carry stress in my neck and shoulders and love getting those spots massaged. So when I was given a Sunbeam Renue neck wrap in exchange for my honest review, I quickly accepted. The neck wrap is covered with fluffy fabric and is soft to the touch. I do appreciate that it doesn't just sit on your back; the wire inside allows you to mold it around your neck and shoulders. The controls are super easy to use. After plugging it in, you set it to one of five heat settings. Personally, I thought it was hot enough at level 2. It heats up pretty quickly and does provide relief to my shoulder aches. The one thing I wish was different? I wish it had a massage feature to go along with the heat. If you are okay with simple heat therapy, this is a great product for you. But if you're like me and think you'll want more in terms of relief, you're better off looking for a similar product with additional features.

Gets hot the first few minutes, then only stays warm, no blinking lights or anything to indicate it has a connection issue etc. Doesn't matter what outlet it's on, and once it starts doing it, unplugging/replugging it, turning it off/on etc. won't change it until it's unplugged for a few hours. Seems quite a few others are reporting the same behavior/issues. Too bad because it's really nice when it's working.

It has multiple settings, which is perfect for someone like me who can get hot very easily. In addition, the cord is really long so you don't have to be sitting right next to the plug to enjoy it. The wrap can wrap around your neck very easily and is pretty comfortable to lean back on. In addition, if you get too hot it will go down in temperature very quickly.

Years ago I had bought the shoulder relief for gifts for myself and Friends period only over the last year or so have I had to replace them. I found the new ones that come around the neck and the down the back. I have both neck and back problems and these have been wonderful. I love the fact but it curves around your neck. I also got one for my daughter who absolutely loves it thank you so much!!

If on too long it would shut off & the light on bottom of handle would stay on. Last night when I turned it on it worked for a short time & shut off & #4 high light would blink. I was skeptical at first, but it really does wrap around your neck so that heat is evenly applied to your shoulders! The wire helps to keep it in place, and it's not too bulky. I like to use it after a long day, and I can do other things besides hold a heating pad with one hand, because this one stays put without assistance! The fabric is also very plush, so it feels wonderful against your skin. It's a super product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stays in place i bought this for my mom who suffer from fibromalgia and poliomyelitis she is in constant pain so anything that vibrates hurts her, so for christmas i foubnd this product and when i tell you she loves it she wears it all the time, and its doesnt vibrate, the heat is awsome, the neck wrap doesnt fall off because of the weights at the bottom. it is just an aswome rodyct, i even try and wear it sometimes but she oesnt allow to me wear it for long lol

I am an average size woman, and the pad is much too large. I need to hold it together in the front to bring the pad near my neck. The second problem is the heat level. Even with it set on high, it produces very little heat. I still use it, but not with the frequency I thought I would.

This product worked very well when I first bought it, but now, all I have is A steady “F” on the display, I’ve checked for cord issues, unplugged from the actual product, plugged in again, and in and out of different wall sockets, no change. I’ve had it for less than five years but have absolutely no idea where the receipt is! I’m in agony today and extremely frustrated that this product is not working!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heats for 10 mins then subsides to barely warm The initial heat is satisfactory and relieves the pain but it only lasts for about 10 minutes or so. Then it subsides and remains barely warm. Not sure if the product is defective or it’s a “feature”. It is not the auto shut off because the light on the remote remains solid. It is very frustrating to use. Would not recommend. PS I do not have the original packaging. Can I still make a return?

However, the sholder heat seems to be lower and/or not in shoulder contact. Finally, the thermostat seems to be erratic at all heat settings. It heats up to some level then shuts off??? Why does it not maintain a level heat? The older, lower neck model did the same thing!!!!!
