The 22 x 19-inch luxurious Micromink wrap has an extra-tall collar that contours to provide extra heat coverage* to the entire neck and back of the head. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Flcracker36 from Soothes Stress and Tension Away! I love the Renue Neck Wrap! I have issues with tight muscles in my neck and shoulders and it helps tremendously. I use it every night before going to bed and I get a better nights rest. If I were to change anything I would make it one or two inches longer in the back but overall the adjustable neck wrap is a must if you have chronic pain in your neck and shoulders. The heat is adjustable too which helps you find your perfect comfort level, it has magnets to help hold it in place while you relax and let the heat soothe your tension and pain away, it's also machine washable! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends without hesitation. It would make a great gift as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KellyL from What an amazing product! When I opened the box, I was very pleasantly surprised. This product is so nice, the fabric is so soft, and it has a nice weight to it. I really like that the neck area was adjustable and that it had a magnet closure. This really makes the wrap have a better fit and stay on your shoulders better. That's a really good thing because it allows the heat to hit you in all the right spots. I have never used a product quite like this one. I've had heating pads before but nothing like this. This heated neck wrap is spectacular. I would recommend it to anyone that lives with neck or upper back pain.

After years of being dissatisfied using flat heating pads on the sore areas of my neck and upper back, I discovered the Renue and it has made a fantastic difference in my quality of life. This contoured heating pad shapes itself to the neck and shoulders and provides adjustable heat exactly where I need it. Once it's on, I can move around - within limits - and still enjoy the comfort and relief of heat where it hurts. This pad helps me to sleep better by wearing it for a while before bedtime and also helps moderate the pain I feel when a storm is approaching and my neck acts up. This is a really superior product for anyone suffering from neck or upper back pain. Highly recommended.

I was quite surprised when I found this product, as I didn't know there was anything like this available. I'm 52 years old and I sometimes suffer from pain and a stiff neck due to stress. I truly enjoy the high quality materials it's made of very soft and plush velvety fabric. Also the control is made of high quality plastic and seems quite durable. The controls are as simple as they could be: One single button controls the heat setting from 1 (low) to 4 (high). I've only been using it on the low settings, 1 and 2, and had a great relief. I haven't done it yet, but it is machine washable as listed in the specifications. I highly recommend this product.

The wrap is made from a very soft, plush fleece that fits great across my shoulders and around my neck. The magnets that are in the front are quite strong and held the neck wrap in place. The 4 adjustable heat settings provided me the ability to tailor the amount of heat necessary for my neck issues. I absolutely love this product because it is made specifically for the neck/shoulder area which is a better design than a standard heating pad.

Light starts to blink, I unplug for a few minutes. Light still blinks when I plug it back in. Works great while it works. Not the worth the money. I will start looking for another brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Weez from Comfortable heat but a little bulky. I used about four time and while it is comfortable to wear, it was a little big on me being a smaller female. The little wings stick out instead of going across my chest.You can adjust the neck to make it tighter which is nice. The 4 settings are a good option, but I only used the higher 3 and 4 settings because I wanted more heat. It can be a little physically constraining to be plugged in, but you can detach (not still heating tho) the plug if you need to move around further than the cord allows. It worked for me the best when I had such neck pain, I was unable to turn on one side. After 10 minutes of heat, my neck was looser and I was able to slowly turn my it and stretch. Overall, I feel heat is good before stretching or PT on neck and shoulders, but I wouldn't use this product on a regular basis because it's a little big and those flaps are awkward.

On the one hand, when you have pains in neck and shoulders a square pad cannot cover both of these areas neck simultaneously. I would have liked for the wrap adhere to neck and shoulders tighter rather than fitting loosest like a cape over a dress. The material felt like it was made in good quality, loved heat setting options, but for the price the heat did not disperse all over due to the fit.

We do not recommend using our heated products or any heat sources near an oxygen machine. As it is a precautionary measure, it may react violently near oxygen tanks. Any heated elements are not allowed near oxygen tanks as a small fire can quickly get out of control.
