Thanks for reaching out Sunbeam® Brand. We appreciate your interest on our products. The difference of Renue® XL Heat Wrap and Neck Renue® Heat Wrap is the size. The Renue® XL Heat Wrap is 25 x 25 inch and the Neck Renue® Heat Wrap is 22 x 19 inch. They both have the same functions such as 4 different heat settings and 2 hour auto shut off. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam® brand. We appreciate your interest in our product and we are glad to answer your inquiry. We do not recommend using our heated products or any heat sources near an oxygen machine. As it is a precautionary measure, it may react violently near oxygen tanks. Any heated elements are not allowed near oxygen tanks as a small fire can quickly get out of control. We hope you find this information useful. Have a great day!

Oh no! That is definitely not the kind of experience that we want you to have. Our heating pads were made with the highest quality materials and we expect them to last. We aim to provide great quality products and we'd like for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and get the product's full benefit. Please follow these steps: -Verify there is no physical damage to the cord of the heating pad. -Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional. -Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if the unit starts to work there and check if it starts to heat up. Hope this helps!
