Machine-washable wrap
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

I was working well until just recently which was when i started getting a "F" reading on the controller display. I tried the various troubleshooting tips that Sunbeam provided but nothing worked. I submitted a question over a week ago and have received no response. Very disappointed with this product. I will be purchasing another neck and shoulder heating pad but it wont be a Sunbeam product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like a lot—but Ive bought 3+they only last 2 years I do like this heating pad a lot bc it wraps around the neck and shoulders, and is long. But I have bought 3 already, and each has only lasted about 2-2+ years or so. I noticed that the price has come down a bit since I bought mine at $49.99+tax. But honestly, $150 in 6 years is a bit much. It’s not like I’m abusing the thing by twirling it in the air like a lasso! In fact, the minute I see that the cord is getting twisted, I make sure to untwist it bc I don’t want the wires inside to break. Right before it dies, the red light that flashes when it Auto-turns itself off keeps flashing, even when I try to turn it On (to Lo or Hi) or Off. At first i thought maybe it was bc i had plugged it into a multiple-plug wall outlet, so I unplugged and replugged it in to see if that would reset it. That worked 2 or 3 times, but after that, no. (I tried various wall outlets after that, directly into the outlet not via a surge protector, etc.) Nope—the red light kept flashing, indicating that power was reaching the control panel, but unit didn’t heat/settings didn’t work. The exact same thing has happened now with all 3 heating pads, same model. Design of the control panel has changed slightly over the years, but other than that, the pad itself has remained the same. I am fit to be tied. I did call Sunbeam the first time it happened, but honestly, it’s a hassle to have to mail the old one back at my expense. At first I thought warranty was just 2 years (maybe it used to be? or store website says 2), but Sunbeam’s website says the Renue XL has a 5-year warranty. If the same thing has happened with 3 of the same model, obviously there is a design flaw, Sunbeam. Please fix it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 2 months Bought this as a gift for my mom. Stopped working after 2 months. Got stuck in high heat but barely put out any heat. Also does not go far enough on shoulders. The last 3 inch edge does not seem to warm up. Does have a magnet that keeps it connected around your neck which is nice. Would recommend to a friend with pain in neck, not necessarily shoulders. I'm hoping most last longer than my mom's did.

I've bought a total of 4 neck & shoulder heating pads in the last few months for family members who suffer with neck & shoulder pain. 3 of the 4 members of my family have had neck surgeries due to Degenerative Disc Disease. They LOVE how the heating pad fits around their neck & is weighted to give soothing relief to sore tight muscles! Our family LOVES this product!!!

I went online to buy her another for Christmas and saw the longer style now available, so again ordered 2. These are great! The long style covers most of the back and helps to fall asleep during an arthritis or fibromyalgia flare. Thank you Sunbeam!

I've used it both in the forward & backwards position. And when I had a knee issue, I was able to wrap it around my knee so comfortably. I highly recommend it. I'm even buying one for my husband & sister so that I don't have to lend mine out. Great product!

I turn on to a low heat and enjoy the way it makes my back and neck feel. The shape and size is near perfect and weighted just enough to keep it in place. I would definitely recommend it and have in fact already done so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So soothing! I have had the Heat Therapy Wrap for a few weeks. It has really made a difference in the pain level in my upper back - just wish it was about 6-8 inches longer. I love the magnetic closure that keeps it in place on my shoulders because regular heating pads kept slipping off.

I turn it around instead of having the long part going down my back so it's draped over my shoulder and down my arm. It's the only thing that gave me any relief.

This heating pad is wonderful because it addresses my neck and mid back. I am hoping that you will invent a heating pad that goes all the way down to the tailbone as well.
