Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this item. I have been looking for a heating pad like this. I'm so glad it was available through sunbeam. I also purchased one for a client of mine. However she is not able to use it because she is on continuos Oxyegen. The directions say that this heating pad should not be used in a Oxyegen atmosphere. I also purchased one for my Mother. She is also unable to use this heating pad because she has a pacemaker and this heating pad has a magnet in the yolk area in the front. I will have to remove the magnet and replace it with Velcro before my Mom will be able to use the product. So be aware if you use this or any other heating pad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Settings are inaccurate I love the idea of this, but the heat settings are basically worthless. I can turn it on low and it will get so hot it starts burning me (even with clothing on) and if I turn it all the way up it’s often only slightly warm. I’ve tried all the recommendations, including unplugging both the outlet and the connector on the unit to reset it, but nothing works. It’s also not really weighted, or at least so slightly that it doesn’t do much good. The magnet for connecting the two flaps is also very weak and basically pointless. This brand has really gone down hill. It used to be such high quality but I guess everything is just cheap these days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what we needed This is the second wrap I have purchased. The first was on a shopping network but we're no longer available. My 93 year old mother lives with us and she has bad arthritis in a shoulder and Osteoporosis. Heat seems to give her the most relief. She is a short woman so this is perfect for her as it drapes over her shoulders and also goes down her back. When she lays down for a nap and does not want it over her shoulders, I can lay it flat on the bed for her. This is so much easier then trying to use the old, oblong heating pad or warming up a rice pack in the microwave half a dozen times a day. My first purchase was in the burgundy color, which I would have ordered again but it was not available. This blue one doess have somewhat of an odor I hope will go away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a difference! I got this for Christmas in 2015. I have used it almost every day since then and have loved it. I have a very bad neck and left shoulder and this has helped keep the muscles from tightening and causing me more pain. I also purchased one for my girlfriend and she uses it every night after work and has had the same results. On the downside mine quit working yesterday after just two months, but to my surprise I called Sunbeam and with no questions asked they are replacing it since the warranty is still in affect AND I don't have to send the old one back. Thank you Sunbeam for the care of your customers and professional customer service. You can be sure I will be ordering from your company again and will let people know what a great customer service policy you have.
