Machine-washable pad cover
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Remove cover from pad. 3. Machine wash only the cover in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not wash heating pad. Wipe heating pad with a damp cloth only, as needed. Do not dampen the cord and connector. Hang to dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best little Heating Pad ever I hunted and hunted for this heating pad. I had one , but my darling offspring didn’t put it away and the mice decided to use it. So many companies have a 2 hour shut off. This one does not. You have to use your common sense and remember to shut it off. If you’re going to use it for an extended period of time, you have to turn it down. I luv luv luv this heating pad. I did a number on my back. I can use this heating pad as long as I want. I can sleep on it and get up in the morning feeling a bit better then when I turned in. Thank you so very much for believing that there are still people out there with a brain in their heads that their parents taught them how to use it. God Bless You

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this Heating pad. I've used the one that I have now for five plus years and it is never given me any trouble and works perfectly. I'm not sure why the bad reviews unless they have changed them somehow. This is the model that I have used since I was a child. I think I've had three. The when I have currently the cover has been washed so many times that it's faded but I can still read the directions / warnings on the cover. I will probably buy another one soon because I have to wrestle it away from my elderly chihuahua!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My BFF Okay so I’ve read a lot of negative reviews and honestly what are you people doing to your poor heating pad?? I’ve had zero problems with mine, it works wonderfully every time and I use it quite frequently. Sunbeam makes good products and providing you’re intelligent enough to use it properly it will last you and function as it’s designed to. Honestly people will whine about anything to just get attention. Stop slandering good products because you can’t operate a simple device.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great but just not for very long! I bought this heating pad back in May for my chronic back pain. It’s now October and I went to turn it on and I get the dreaded flashing red light. I tried all the “fixes” of unplugging the cord from the unit and wall for 20 minutes, laying it out flat, making sure the cord is in great shape, and plugging everything back up into a wall socket. It still isn’t working. I am really disappointed. I bought the Sunbeam and spent a little more money after having a cheaper heating pad go out on me in 6 months but this one didn’t last as long as the cheaper one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Melted I used as directed for about 3 or 4 and when I pulled it out again to use it it was crumpled in the corner and seemed to be melted together. I tried to uncrumple it and now there’s a small hole in it. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Have used 2 of these Sunbeam heating pads in boxes on my front porch for outdoor cats during cold months. They have been in use for 2 years zero problems. When the weather turns warm I bring them in remove covers and wash. I wipe the plastic clean with a wipe. Not the intended use but if they hold up outside for cats, I’m sure they would work wonders under normal use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from generationally good my mother bought one when she was 19, and it lasted 36 years, and only died after being passed down to me and my cats bit through the vinyl and puked on the inside a while later so it had to be tossed. i found a brand new one at my local food pantry about 3 months later, knew it was meant to be.even the new one hears amazingly, though doesn't quite get to the burning temps of the old model, but thats ok because it still gets hot enough to soothe my joint pain. heres to another 36 years. ps yall should offer a fur textured (not fleece, more like minky) cover for those with sensory issues,
