Machine-washable pad cover
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Remove cover from pad. 3. Machine wash only the cover in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not wash heating pad. Wipe heating pad with a damp cloth only, as needed. Do not dampen the cord and connector. Hang to dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best reliable heating pad for arthritis pain. I have had my Sunbeam heating pad for years, always reliable never an issue with it. All these years later as my 20 year old cat has started having some arthritis pain and find comfort in the warmth provided by the heating pad I find I need to get one for myself since I never want her to be uncomfortable. Best heating pad given to me by a friend when I was in an accident years ago, still works great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Be very careful!! I’ve had this a year or 2 now. Since day one the heat has been inconsistent. Hot one min and barely on the next. We’ll just recently it’s gotten so hot where the cord goes I got he pad that it’s burnt me 3 separate time. Like blister type burns. I quit using it now because something’s obviously very wrong. These pads have never lasted at all. I’ll be searching for a new brand to buy.

No matter how hot it is outside, I like how a heating pad feels when I go to sleep. If it has a timer, I set it for an hour, but if not, I just let it heat up and then turn it off when I get I to bed. My daughter uses it when she feels crampy. I have also used one when I had baby goats and it was cold outside.

The "12x15" size is perfect for your back, shoulder or even in my case a strained leg muscle. It has 3 settings that and the blue fabric that covers the vinyl pad is perfect. The your ready to store it just roll, wrap the cord around it and store it in your linen closet. Easy to store. It is priced to sell and worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Versatile heating pad The best thing about this heating pad is its 9-foot cord. No need for extension cords. The pad heats up quickly, and it heats evenly throughout. The controls are easy to use, just slide the cover of the controls to your desired heat level. It stores easily but doesn't come with a carrying case. It also lacks a safety switch to turn the pad off after a set amount of time.

It comes very well packaged and includes a long cord with a controller to set the desired heat level. I used it on my sore shoulder immediately after receiving it, and it was fantastic—I recommend it 100%.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sunbeam safety heat pad I rate this heating pad a 3 star due to the following. The cover is very thin and is not comfortable. The cord is not very long either, so this could present a problem. It doesnt get very hot like some I have had before. The pros of it are that it shuts off automatically in 2 hours, it heats up in 30 seconds, isnt to heavy to handle, and it has 3 settings.

Provides needed heat to the sore area. Like the option of spraying cover for the moist heat option. I do a lot of walking and applying heat to my lower legs feels fabulous. This heating pad is getting a lot of use. Recommend.

The cord is nice and long, so I didn’t have issues plugging it in! The controls are really easy to use and find, while I relaxed my back. The design makes it easy to use in several locations- my back, my knee, my shoulder, etc.

I sprayed the cover some water and wrapped it around my aching leg and it heat it up very quickly and did a great job. I would highly recommend it, it is lightweight and very simple to use correctly. I love the long cord so it was easy to plug in to an outlet and use while sitting comfortably.

I like that it doesn't get too hot, since I can control the heat with 3 intensity settings. It can also provide moist heat by dampening one side of the removable cover with a mist of water. It's just what I need and I recommend it.

It has 3 different power (low, medium, high heat). I have lower back pain and joint pain. This really helpful. It also come with a cover so it doesn’t burn the skin. Over all, im in love with this product.

It looked cheap, but I tried it. It got way too hot even in the lowest setting. I don't know if it was working as intended or defective, but I couldn't use it.

I tried to return it but they wouldn't return it because they said I had to trouble shoot what could be the trouble. So then I had to email the Sunbeam company. they said they will replace it for a different one since this is no longer available.

The cover makes it comfortable to use, and the vinyl pad makes it easy to wipe clean. My cats absolutely love it too. They’ve decided it makes the perfect cozy nap spot. It’s quickly become a favourite in our house.

I kept it on for a total of 19 minutes moving it around to various areas. I will definitely be using this multiple times a day to lessen my pain: However it can’t be used on a diabetic person.

It did provide some comfort to my back and helped with the pain. I would have liked for there to be a timer or automatic shut off. It was an immediate safety issue. Overall, it got the job done.

The heat is adjustable and never gets to hot, but for my back and shoulder it was just right. I also have found the cord is the perfect length so I can use in a chair or on the bed.

It has three heating set ups and I was impressed with the moisture option. I suffer from Arthritis and this product is a big help for me. I recommend using it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish it had a digital nob/option for a timer I wish it would have a digital nob for ease of use and an option to set up a timer for it to automatically turn off. I have another heating pad that allows you to select 2h use or for it to stay on. Even on the highest setting, I felt that the temperature of the heating pad didn't feel all that hot.

It was old school. I bought another one thinking it would last and it lasted all of 90 days!!!!! So disappointed. I wonder if they use cheaper products now???

I love the fact it has a cover and it offers moist heat and 3 control settings. It feels amazing and is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this heating pad to others.

I suffer with sciatica pain and this heating pad really helped with the soft tissue issues injury. It also heats up really quickly compared with other heating pads that I have used:

The outer covering is soft and removable for easy cleaning. The cover could stand to be a little better quality, however it is comfortable and lightweight.

It heated up very fast and the weight was perfect not to heavy just the right weight. Maintenance was easy the cover comes off easily for washing and the vinyl pad is to wipe down.
