WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Plug it in to get some additional warmth or to us it as a heating pad on sore muscles or just to relax. Only problem with it is I have to fight my wife and 3 kids to use it!

A must have for any medicine cabinet. Easy to read digital, six heat settings and a optional 2 hour automatic shutoff function. 1in X 24in.

The pad is xtra large and it heats up really fast. My shoulders hold my tension so I put it on and was so amazed at how it worked!!! Will purchase another

I like that the cover is attached and that the pad doesn't slide around in the cover. The cord is long and I love the settings control. There are 6 heat settings and auto shutoff feature! It heats up fast.

I've used several but love the Sunbeam XpressHeating Pan and the XLarge size is great for getting your lower back and also along to your hip. Thank you Sunbeam.

It has a continuous heat or a 2 hour auto shut off. Its light weight. Very soft material. A great improvement from the older heating pads.

I love the fact that I can go and lie down with the heating pad on my back and now worry that I would wake up with a burn on my back because it turns itself off.

It has a soft velour fabric and I love that the shape is a rectangle instead of a usual square heating pad. I use it often and would recommend this product.

I like the controller settings...the timer can be set to 2 hours or to stay on..I personally use the 2 hr timer because I usually fall asleep..

With the multiple heat settings and a moist heat option, this is a very good thing to keep around. This size makes it easy to apply and reaches a pretty good amount of area.

I really like the longer size as times my low back up to TSpine hurts and it covers it all. Unhooks from pad for easy washing big plus. This is a very nice heating pad and I love it

I like the feature that it turns off automatically. You can control the temperature with the up down buttons on the remote. Going to buy one for my mom too.

But now I'm getting the F and nothing I do is making it go away. Sucks because i otherwise really liked this. I see it's a common problem.

It heats up fast and the entire flexible, plush hot pad is fully machine washable. It has an optional 2hour auto-shutoff and a 9 foot cord.

Regular heating pads move out of position when you move...not this one. Plus there is large coverage to heat your lower back as well as upper back. Great idea!

My favorite feature is the option to have it automatically shut off at a certain time. I've been wanting one that does that. I'm also happy it has different number for heat. My other one does not.

The 1-800 numbers for Canada are either (1) in French, then you get a busy signal and are cut off, or (2) you push 2 to speak with someone and then get a busy signal and are cut off. Would not recommend or buy another.

After N hour or two the solid green light comes in but the pad doesn’t heat up. Very disappointed asince I have a strained muscle in my hip and it worked fine at first.

So while it's a nice item, it's not big enough to cover larger aching areas. It warms nicely and the controls are nice. I however am not going to give it a better review due to it's lack of coverage area.

If you forget to turn it off, no problem it automatically shuts itself off.

It has several levels , I usually use the low one if I use it over night. Easy to use and apply to your back. So far had no issues.

I have back pain, and both are used on the stay on button! I was still have my second one if one of my rescue dogs hand started to chew on the cord.

With a typical heating pad it is never large enough to hit all the areas of my back that are sore. This one does the job! So happy I got it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality - only works for a few months. I bought this product in May 2024 and it quit working in September 2024. High light flashes and no heat from the pad. Sunbeam replaced the pad and the replacement quit working in January 2025. Same issues with flashing light. I feel that the pad is of poor quality.

Stay away from this thing. Watch the response. “We don’t usually….” I’m in pain and the heating pad crapped out. Stay away.
