The heating pad heats up quickly. Love the blue color and the look of it . The size is just right too-not too bulky but able to be placed just where needed- I love it!!

The size is just right and it has a long enough cord that I don't have to sit right on top of an outlet to use it. the control is simple to figure out. the only negative is I wish it got a little hotter, but that's true with most heating pads !

I like the auto shut off feature which came in handy when I fell asleep. It has 6 settings , but I can’t tolerate more than the 3rd setting for an extended period of time.

I buy one exact same and now it dont work had one took it back bought another cord shorts out got them from walgreens and now I have to buy it off the internet!! It doesn’t matter how many times I unplug it and plug it back in, it’s become unusable. I got it for Christmas so I’ve had it for about 4 months and it doesn’t work anymore.

The heating pad came with easy to read and understand Instruction manual. The heating pad its self is made with very soft material and feels soft and gentle when I have it against my skin. The heating pad heats very quickly. Its heats within 30 seconds. The heat meter that's part of the controls glows and let's you know when the heating pad is fully heated. The controls on the controller are very easy to understand and use and it has a very clear display window. I love that the heating pad is larger than regular heating pads. It helps me cover larger areas of the muscles that im having problems with. When we are finished with the heating pad, we can put the pad in the washing machine and it's ready to be used again and it keeps its softness. I highly recommend this heating pad to anyone suffering from muscle and joint pain. Its helped me tremendously.

It's incredibly annoying how often Sunbeam's heating pads become disconnected from the power connector. Really annoying. Use them every day until the first one just died so then I bought another one and it did the same thing. I would not recommend buying a sunbeam heating pad.

I like the controls for the amount of heat and the fact that the auto off feature can be disabled allow it to stay on until I decide to turn it off.
