WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Great Product Until it Dies! I have had two of these king size heating pads, which each one only lasted around a year before the dreaded flashing F symbol. I loved the softness of the material, the king size for my back pain, and I was very pleased with it, until they quit working. Have no idea how long ago I bought it, and couldn't find it anymore at Walmart to buy another.

This XL heating pad fits perfectly across my shoulders allowing the heat source to penetrate the whole shoulder area. The heating pad heats almost instantaneously. There are six heating levels that allow you to adjust to your needs. Another nice feature is that it will shut off after two hours.

It heats up in like 30 seconds ,so it has super xpressheating , when you need the heat fast for those pain relief days of the common muscle and joint pain. Just the right size for my back pain too ! This sunbean heating pad works great for me!

First of all it's nice and big and very soft, It has 6 heat settings and an automatic shut off after 2 hours which I really like because you don't have to worry about shutting it off if you fall asleep. I have a disc problem with my back and it heats up very fast. You can also use it for moist heating.

It has both a timed and continuous heating which was a blessing after my car accident that pulled the muscles in my upper shoulder. My husband has found it most comforting after he spends the weekend mowing the family yards.

The Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad XL is the perfect size to cover most of my back! I cannot believe the difference with easing my back pain. The settings are very easy to use and works amazing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't last This is our second one to fail--the "F" displays and no amount of cord checking, cooling or changing outlets fixes it. We've had it less than a yea. My daughter has circulation issues and uses it for a bit each night as she falls asleep. This doesn't seem like unreasonable wear and tear. Are we eligible for a replacement? This seems defective.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t reset Had this less than 2 yrs. does not get heavy use. F started flashing. Did all the unplugs and replugs and still flashes F. Connections are tight and working. No where can you find how to fix this issue. All it says is unplug! Even waited overnight to plug in and see, moved to a different outlet, nothing, still flashes F! Poor quality

I don't know about "XL" but it fit comfortably across my belly and covered the area I wanted. I am female, 5'5" and weigh ~140lbs. So, if you're much larger I wouldn't call this "XL." But, it works well, heated quickly and did the trick.

It has a 5 year warranty which is a great plus although I’ve never had to use a Sunbeam warranty. It’s easy to use and has a two hour shutoff so it doesn’t waste energy and a long cord so he can use it almost anywhere! It’s also soft and easy to care for which is another great plus

The controller is very nice with 6 different settings to choose from. The cover that comes on it is very soft. The size of the pad itself is big and allows for a nice amount of coverage. I use this on my back. I am very pleased with this product.

It was quick to heat and stayed warm for a while and my my sore muscles feel much better. It’s an XL pad which works better for me because I’m a big man. I really like this heating pad and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good affordable heating pad.

A great safety feature is the automatic shut-off feature after two hours of use. The heating element is wide and consistent providing relief for sore and aching muscles or joints.

It also has several heating levels for different levels of pain. It also comes with a removable cover that can be washed. I dislike the cover material however. I find the fabric cheaply made. Other than that a really good heating pad.

The 6 heat settings combined with the optional auto shut off make it safe, fast and comfortable! It’s nice to have the option to safety spray water on this heating pad for extra moist relief!

After a month of use it no longer works. No matter what I’ve tried it will only blink “F”. This is the 2nd one I have purchased that has had the exact same issue. $80+ down the drain between the 2.

I bought this heating pad and many others this model is the best one you can buy especially if you want high heat a lot of pads get warm this gets hot but not in a dangerous way. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for pain relief by heat, great for bad backs or just regular aches and pains, muscle cramps, pulls etc.

Not sure why I waited so long to get a good quality heating pad but it does make all the difference in the world. The multiple heat settings it's perfect for me I like to start at higher and then lower it down to leave it on for a long-term

It has 6 heat settings which is unbelievable I love it. I usually use all of them depending on which one I need. It has a long cord which is perfect for me while im in bed.

The heat on the new one is inconsistent--not warm enough at low settings, but then uncomfortably/burning warm on the next setting. I with I could return it, but my 30 day return window (Walgreens) has passed.

It was super fast to warm up and equally as fast to cool when unplugged. This heating pad is just amazing and the oversize element was just as great. I would definitely buy this had it not been given to me in exchange for an honest review!

It heated up quickly and kept a great temperature. The remote is great and easy to use. I loved being able to roll it up and use the straps to secure it. The 2 hour auto shut off, it is a great bonus feature.

Super soft material and the heat is distributed very well, no surges of heat or waves of heat to keep at the correct temperature. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Once twice three times a dead heating pad! This is my 3rd Sunbeam heating pad. It works fine for 8 or 9 months. Suddenly the flashing F comes in after I begin the heating process at 1 progressing to 2 it begins flashing. Have tried the reset procedure along with other instructions suggested by another owner of the heating pad on YouTube. It is not working yet.

The XL is so large it goes across hip to hip and soothes my lower back in the process! Love the softcover, and just mist with water for moist heat. Couldn't be easier. A lot of thought went into designing this excellent product.
