Rated 1 out of 5 by from Part to use it as advertised are unavailable!!!! I bought this belt last week. The picture and description on the box are not real, as it shows a lady walking with her heating pad attached to the power battery pack. This power battery pack is not included and the store, Walmart in Wareham, Mass. does not sell it. I was directed to the electronics dept. to buy one there and we got the one that looked small enough to fit, brought it home and charged it up and it still does not fit. How am I to find what I need to use with it if it isn't even sold separately?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for travel I purchased this about 6 months ago. I travel a lot, and It goes everywhere with me. It folds up small and fits into an exterior pocket of my backpack. It's a tad smaller than I would like, but it does the job. I wish the battery pocket was a bit larger as I've had some issues finding a power bank that works/doesn't shut off. The one that stays on is a bit too large for the pocket.

I first started with the Sunbeam cordless heating pad, but that one's one flaw is a ONE-HOUR shutoff timer, (and battery that only lasts one hour on high). I bought this one with the USB - C cable, because it had a 2 hour shutoff. This one is about half the size, and the pouch for the USB power pack, (which they don't include) is so small, it's only going to fit their tiny one hour battery. (The smallest power pack I could find to last two hours didn't fit, SO WHAT'S THE POINT?). How would you get two hours of high heat out of this??? Then the battery pack pouch is in a poor location. You would not be able to recline while wearing this on your back, or the power pack is right in your back. I bought this for my back, and that's one place it would never fit. Now returning a second sunbeam product, because of poor design. It's as if you made zero effort at testing or knowing your product. I was tempted to make your product work, by just simply adding a couple of straps on to the band, so I could add my battery in a "remote location" if I choose to, but that's not on me.
