The Sunbeam GoHeat&trade; USB‑Powered Heating Pad will flash red when there&rsquo;s an issue with the power connection or when the pad isn&rsquo;t receiving enough power to heat properly. This can happen if the USB port isn&rsquo;t delivering the required output or if the connection is loose. A few quick things you can try: 1. Make sure the USB cable is fully plugged in on both ends. 2. Try a different USB power source, such as a wall adapter instead of a laptop port. 3. Confirm the adapter provides at least 2.0A, as lower‑power ports can cause the red flashing. 4. Check that the pad is lying flat and not folded, as this can interrupt heating.
