Machine-washable pad and strap
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! DO NOT IRON! 1. Disconnect pad from charger if using quick charger while in use. DO NOT PULL BY THE CORD. 2. Remove battery unit/heating pad controller from pocket and disconnect pad cable from unit. 3. Set battery unit aside. DO NOT WASH. 4. Tuck pad cable into pocket to protect it during the wash cycle. 5. Machine Wash pad in cold water in gentle cycle or hand wash. Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly from dryer or drape to air dry. 6. DO NOT plug in pad connector to battery unit until pad and connector are completely dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by daUPhere from Cordless is Awesome! This Cordless Sunbeam Heating Pad is a real game changer! No more have to stay in one place while heating your sore/tight muscles or joints. It’s got a rechargeable battery pack that powers it. The battery pack is not that big or heavy, and fits in a pouch on the side of the pad. It heats up quickly when turned on, and has 3 heat settings. Also has a wet Heat option- just spray the fabric with water prior to use. The box says it’ll provide up to 4 hours of heat on a single charge when used on the low setting. It’s got a stretchy elastic band that adjusts up to 55 inches, which is generously sized! (Nice for a plus sized gal like myself.) And the pad and strap are machine washable, which is awesome! I think this is just a great product and may be buying a few of these for others for Christmas this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Muthaof6 from Very Convenient! The Sunbeam Cordless Heating Pad is very convenient for on the go and traveling. It’s also great to be unplugged while being at home. I love the fact that it can be charged and then used for a while. It heats up on 3 levels and each one gets hotter. The long velcro strap makes it easy to stretch around your body. The only thing is that it moves slightly when it’s strapped around you. I used it on my leg to soothe my damaged sciatic nerve and it worked wonders. It was great not to have to worry about a cord being attached. The only issue I found is that it didn’t stay charged very long, even though it claims to stay charged for 4 hours. Overall this is a great and convenient product.

I love the relief it provides as a chronic pain sufferer BUT either the battery goes bad, the belt threads unravels &/or the pad stops working with a fully charged battery that works on another pad. You see I need three of these to address the pain in different parts of my body. Thanks to the return window being shortened all the time by sellers I’m spending an average of $62- per unit every 3 to 6 months times 3 (number of units needed). Sunbeam do better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BBee13 from Can’t think of any negatives! This is a great heating pad! I am a petite woman and this pad is almost too big for me! The heat evenly disperses along the entire thing, which is wonderful for heating up the whole lower back or stomach. It is very easy to set up- just plug in the battery pack with the included charger and when the light stays solid green (about an hour or so later for me) then you are good to plug the pack into the pad, strap it on, and feel the heat. The box says it can stay warm up to 4 hours on the lowest temperature setting, but I put mine on high heat and it stayed that way for almost two hours. The texture is super soft and the adjustable (and stretchy) strap made it very easy to put on. My favorite thing about it is that I can move around and not be tied down by wires or trying to tie a hot water bottle to myself just to get up and do something. 10/10 go getcha one.

Love that it is cordless so that I can take it on the go with me due to having a bad back an suffer from pain constant. Also like that it has an adjustable strap so can be worn under clothes an it will fit all in the house that needs to use it. All in all it is a good product, just wished it held a charge longer then 2-3 hours. But it still is a great product and glad I received it. I put it to use on a daily basis. If your in need of a heating pad and are on the go its perfect!

Love the flexibility it provides in taking a heat pad with me wherever I go, whenever I need it. Easy to use, good warmth considering battery powered, and comfortable to wear. High heat lasts for 2 hours, medium about 3, and low for 4. Easy to charge/connect battery pack, easy to read settings, good Velcro strap to hold wrap on, and nice fabric feel that doesn't irritate the skin. I like to use it first thing in the morning on my neck and shoulders due to some bulging disc issues. Works perfect before heading out to exercise or for the work day, and easy to travel with for business. Get yourself one!

I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a long time. I often suffers stiff neck and been putting hot packs around my neck and shoulder to ease the pain. Now with this cordless heat pad, its more convenient for me coz I can just strap it around my shoulder and can even adjust the heat level according to my preference. Its rechargeable and the pad is soft and washable too. It can really help soothe the pain and relaxes the tension in my muscles. Its safe for everyday use. So happy with my Sunbeam cordless heating pad. Totally recommendable.

I was very careful with this item (followed all use instructions) and absolutely loved how it worked so much that I bought a second one. Today the heating pad just stopped getting hot completely. The battery pack is fully charged and works on the other heating pad, so it is a problem with the pad. Disappointing to now have a useless item—of course right at the time that any warrantee just ran out. Used to really like this item, but not sure I could recommend something that completely stopped working to anyone at this point.

-Please make sure that you have fully charged the battery for 3 hours or until the light is solid green.
-Verify tight connection between pad and USB outlet.
-Verify no physical damage to the cord, power button, pad or battery.
-Verify that the charger is plugged in properly when charging.
-Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output
