why is it that when everyone complains that the battery pack works but the actual unit is broke the only answer is that you must not have charged the battery correctly. Clearly it is the pad not battery.

Once battery light is solid green, the unit is fully charged. Charging may take up to 3 hours (using the standard charger) and up to 1 hour and 15 minutes (using the quick charger). Battery pack charged 1 time and I used the pad successfully. After that use, the battery pack just blinks green when its plugged in. However, when I try to turn it on for use, the white light blinks three times but the thing never comes on. What's wrong?

We are sorry to hear that the battery pack of your heating pad is blinking green when its plugged in and when you turn it on, the while light blinks 3 times. No worries, we are here to help. If your GoHeat&trade; Cordless Heating Pad stops working, please try the following steps to remedy this issue: Flashing Green - Battery is plugged in and charging Three Time Flash of Three White Dots - Battery has power, but pad is not connected to the battery unit - Battery unit is attempted to be used while connected to the standard charger. Note: If using quick charger, pad can be used while charging. -Please make sure that you have fully charged the battery for 3 hours or until the light is solid green. -Verify tight connection between pad and USB outlet. -Verify no physical damage to the cord, power button, pad or battery. -Verify that the charger is plugged in properly when charging. -Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output Your Sunbeam&reg; GoHeat Cordless Heating Pad has a 1-year of limited warranty. It's definitely not the experience that we want you to have. This is not the experience that we want you to have. We will make sure that our design and production team are made aware of your feedback. It's important to us, and it helps us to continuously improve upon our products and services. There are several causes to this kind of issue: 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly. To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. If troubleshooting techniques won't work, please contact us directly regarding the warranty or would like to obtain warranty service so we can determine the best resolution. Take note that our products have a 1 year limited warranty and we would love to get this taken care of as soon as possible. We hope this helps. Have a good day!
