Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We value your continued support of our product and we are glad to assist you with your inquiry if you can lay on the heating pad at night. No, please do not sit on or lay on your Sunbeam® heating pad. There should be room for air to circulate around the heating pad. We hope this helps. Have a good day!

Love my weighted heating pad! Whatever is used for weight, has clumped up in one spot (half dollar size). How can I redistribute it? I’ve tried kneading and coaxing (pretty please), to no avail. I use it for lower back so I really feel the lump. TIA!

The exact same thing happened to my heating pad. I was unable to redistribute the lumps also. It still heats up so I tried to use it as best I can. And it's way past the warranty so I'm stuck with a lumpy heating pad!

Hey there! We are sorry to hear that the red light keeps blinking. There are several causes to a flashing control or a control displaying "FF, F1, or F2": 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly. To fix this problem, do the following to reset your product: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.
