I received the Sunbeam heating pad king size as a gift a while ago. However, this doesn&rsquo;t work at all. I&rsquo;ve tried to use it a few times but it doesn&rsquo;t heat up at all. I&rsquo;ve tried everything mentioned on the website and still it doesn&rsquo;t seem to work.

That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. Please try the suggested troubleshooting steps below for your heating pad. Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source. To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order: 1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds 2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad 3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight 4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters. 5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional. 6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet. There is a red light flashing and the pad will not heat. I have only used the pad about 5 times. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot?

Thank you for reaching Sunbeam&reg; Brand. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have with your heating pad. We suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps below: 1. Follow the instructions on the flag tag attached to the control cord to reset control. 2. Check the heating pad for visual damage. 3. If no visual damage is found, unplug the system from wall outlet. 4. Check that the control is well-connected to the module. 5. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. 6. Set the control to &ldquo;On&rdquo;. 7. If the system does not operate after 2 or 3 times trying to reset, disconnect the power cord. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we believe that this concern is covered by the wonderful warranty that your product has. In order to process a replacement, we may need to gather more information.
