WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Remove cover from pad. 3. Machine wash only the cover in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not wash heating pad. Wipe heating pad with a damp cloth only, as needed. Do not dampen the cord and connector. Hang to dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Heating Pad I have ever used I bought this heating pad last month as a replacement for one that I have had for a few years. I am a chronic pain patient and heating pads make a huge difference. This heating pad heats well and quickly. At the highest setting it is definitely too hot when leaned against it. The biggest issue id that the heating pad is all plastic so it bends, sticks to itself, and doesnt go flat again. The other issue is that the cover does not stay on well. This wouldnt be the worst thing if the pad wasnt made of plastic that is sharp and scratchy on the edge. Especially where the wire connects to the pad. I have had other heating pads from this brand that were decent, but this one, so disappointing.

I want to exercise the warranty to get a replacement. I can find nowhere to make a warranty claim. I bought the product on amazon. great product, but it wears out fast, and the warranty appears to be utterly nonsense - because there is no way to submit a claim!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I paid over $50 at a retail pharmacy, bow I see it at Walmart for $15. That's on me, it's constantly coming unconnected with the breakaway connection. Tried to take it back but I didn't have the box. Very frustrating product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design If I could give less than 1 star I would. The pad scrunches up inside the cheap cover and is very difficult to straighten out. It has to be warm because once it cools like that, the vinyl cover holds its deformed state like concrete. It's got great heat but the faults make it too annoying, especially for the $60 I paid!
