Just got my heating pad and after it shuts off it doesn&rsquo;t come back on. What&rsquo;s the problem?

Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam&reg;. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad shuts off and doesn&rsquo;t come back on. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. If your heating pad shuts off during use, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non-working outlet. To fix this problem, please do the following to reset your product: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection and from the actual product itself for 3-5 minutes. 2. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 3. Re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet. Your Sunbeam&reg; King Size Heating Pad has a 5-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd kindly request that you contact us directly to help you get the best resolution. The moist heat sponge is included for deep, penetrating pain relief. The use of the moist heat sponge is optional, since the vinyl hot pad itself is already good to use even without it. You can purchase Sunbeam products and replacement parts at any of our retail partners. There are several causes to a flashing control or a control displaying &quot;FF, F1, or F2&quot;: 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly. To fix this problem, do the following to reset your product: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.
