WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Remove cover from pad. 3. Machine wash only the cover in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not wash heating pad. Wipe heating pad with a damp cloth only, as needed. Do not dampen the cord and connector. Hang to dry.

I am a chronic pain patient and heating pads make a huge difference. This heating pad heats well and quickly. At the highest setting it is definitely too hot when leaned against it. The biggest issue id that the heating pad is all plastic so it bends, sticks to itself, and doesnt go flat again. The other issue is that the cover does not stay on well. This wouldnt be the worst thing if the pad wasnt made of plastic that is sharp and scratchy on the edge. Especially where the wire connects to the pad. I have had other heating pads from this brand that were decent, but this one, so disappointing.

The larger 12 x 24-inch size makes a huge difference because I can cover my entire lower back instead of constantly having to reposition a smaller heating pad. It is easy to use and the instructions are clear. It heats up quickly and gives off nice, even warmth, with several settings so I can choose exactly how much heat I want. The soft, plush material is really comfortable, and I especially like the long cord and automatic shut-off feature. It's become one of those things I reach for whenever my back or muscles are sore. Definitely one of the better heating pads I've owned, and I would absolutely recommend it!

The large size provides excellent coverage for my back, shoulders, and legs, making it perfect for soothing sore muscles and tension. This model #834B (pn 126984-E) has a "Warm" setting, then Low-Med-High. The Warm setting is terrific for the heat-therapy I need for previously injured leg. Looking at downloaded manual it seams that it comes with multiple different heat controllers. This version is the best for my use. Purchased at local Goodwill store for a very low price! Why previous owner got rid of it is not understandable? (Replaces a previous Goodwill same size pad purchased - not Sunbeam - Its heat control had 3-step heat setting where even low was too hot for me).

I want to exercise the warranty to get a replacement. I can find nowhere to make a warranty claim. I bought the product on amazon. great product, but it wears out fast, and the warranty appears to be utterly nonsense - because there is no way to submit a claim!

It was already toasty warm after around two minutes. I felt very comfortable keeping it on the low setting, but that’s just me. The cord is nice and long. I didn’t measure it, but it’s plenty long to plug in beside the couch and relax a few feet away. It has an auto shut off of two hours, although I usually only use it for 30 minutes at a time. I also like the option to add moist heat if desired. It’s also huge! You can see in my photos that it stretches from my hips to about three inches above my ankles. Plenty of surface area. I kept the box because it doubles as easy storage. I love it!ui

Rated 5 out of 5 by LizetteG from Soothing and relaxing The size of the heating pad is pretty decent. It covers my whole back so it reaches a lot of surface area. I like that the modes can be adjusted. It’s easy to store and fold which makes it comfortable to use. I went to workout and had some aches after. I used this and I fell asleep using it. I didn’t notice and I had it on a lower setting so it could be a bit gentle. It helped my muscles relax and I could see myself being able to use this on days I have my period. The material is nice, the cover is removable and washable . The button is very user friendly and the cord is pretty long too.

If your heating pad shuts off during use, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non-working outlet. To fix this problem, please do the following to reset your product:

1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection and from the actual product itself for 3-5 minutes.
2. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
3. Re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet.

The moist heat sponge is included for deep, penetrating pain relief. The use of the moist heat sponge is optional, since the vinyl hot pad itself is already good to use even without it.
