This Sunbeam heating pad is really large. It's large enough to cover lower back and hip with no problem. It also has a very soft plush cover , it feels comforting and relaxing. What's really nice the pad will shut off after 2 hours on its own . That's really a good safety feature to have . There's four different settings , so you can get the exact heat you want . The heating pad has easy compact storage. Nice ! My husband and I really like this pad . Great idea making such a large one!

I get period cramps often when it is the time of the month and am hoping it will help since my girlfriends have also recommended heat pads. I’m also looking forward to using it during the wintertime to stay cozy on the couch! A few things I love about it so far: - The cord is several feet long, which is long enough for me to lay on the couch and still have it plugged in - The controller is super straightforward with adjustable heat settings + a helpful 2-hour auto-off feature - The fleece fabric is soft and the XXL surface area is extra nice Looking forward to using this regularly!

I'm absolutely addicted to heating pads and have them everywhere I sit, home office, work office, comfy recliner, bed.. You get the idea. I have experienced all types and I still managed to be impressed by how big and plush this one is. The fuzzy cover is really soft and cozy. The low setting is perfect for summer when I still want some heat on my back but don't want to get heat stroke. It has 4 heat settings and an auto-off function after 2 hours which I love in case I forget to turn it off. It covers the entire back of my office chair and feels so nice and soothing for my chronic back pain. Highly recommed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MadelynE from Very Large and Works Well! This thing is huge! It’s soft, plush and comfortable. It has four different modes (warm, low, medium, high) and they all work great. It may be a little warm out still for using this, but I still happily snuggled up to it for an hour or so on my couch one night when I was chilly from the A/C to try it out! I know it will 100% come in handy as the cooler months roll in soon. I love to use a heating pad for cramps, aches and pains, and just to warm up when I’m cold. This one will definitely get a lot of use in my house and I would recommend it for sure. I have other Sunbeam heating pads similar to this one that have held up just fine as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by zeri from Sunbeam XXL Microplush Heating Pad This is a very nice extra large sized heating pad with a super soft microplush cover and adjustable heating controls. I love the size because I need the larger coverage for my back so I don't have to mess about with my much smaller pad that I always have to shift to different positions to have the full coverage. So convenient! I also love the temperature settings so I'm not relegated to just hot, all heating pads should have this feature!!! The quality is great and the microplush really makes it comfortable to use without getting 'sweaty'. I highly recommend this Sunbeam Heating Pad and am using mine daily and it really helps so much.

I plugged it in and it never warmed up, the lights were on on the controller but cut off after 15 minutes. I double-checked to make sure it was connected properly, but it does not work. I would not recommend this product since it has stopped working.

It’s the perfect size to lay over my lap or to cover my back when I’m having a flareup. It is light weight and easy to carry with me from my bedroom to the living room , I definitely appreciate that it’s easy to rollup and has the attached elastics that help me not lose them. The material is not too scratchy. The heat settings and controls are simple to navigate with just one button and a light to signal what level it is set at. It also warms up pretty quick within the first 30-40 seconds! I also appreciate that I can detach the cord and wash the pad in the washer. Overall if you are looking for a large heating pad that warms up well this is the most heat pad for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by tinaC from Good size ,helps aches heats up fast I use heating blankets all the time.I am older and the heat helps calm my aches and pains and it warms me up as I am cold all the time.This size is bigger then the one I had before.My daughter has had back surgery and she tried it and said it helped relax the area that was hurting.The controls are easy to use and I like and have used the Sunbeam brand in the past and their products have held up for me.I am going to use this XXL size alot over the cold months.The material is soft and I can roll this one up and it will stay in place with these bands.I received this product for my honest review and educational purposes.

2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 
3. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord. 
4. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. (if your product has a detachable cord)
5. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance.
6. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.
