Love it!!!
I’m loving this!! I love that the belt holds it firmly against the abdomen but not too tight that it’s painful. Good warmth that helps a lot with my cramps! I would definitely recommend. I also appreciate the 2 hour automatic shut off

Highly recommended for all pain regarding cramps
The heating pad is good for all of functions it has to provide and it’s very powerful plus it’s silent so you won’t notice it if you are using it. The material is very durable and very comfortable and easy to control the temperature.

Calming and practical
New favorite thing for cramp relief! It’s so easy to use and can be stashed by your couch/bed/desk for use while sitting down. It’s comfortable and has different heat settings. I could see this being nice on your lower back as well

One of my new favorite things
I've only had this heating pad for a few days, but I've used it several times each day and can honestly say it's one of my my favorite things. It has so many uses and is wonderful during this tough Michigan winter. The four heat settings provide a range of options from warm, low, medium to high. The wide elastic strap holds it in place and allows it to be used on different parts of the body.
I appreciate the infrared heat therapy for help with higher pain levels. It heats up quickly, which when you're in pain is very much appreciated. I like the front pass-through pocket because I often have cold hands and can slip them in to warm them up and I find it helps with stiffness.
At 21x12 in it's plenty large. I used it on my lower back, my shoulder, my neck, hands, an abdomen. In all areas it provided soothing warmth for muscle and pain relief. I can also fall asleep with it on knowing that it will automatically shut off in 2 hours due to a built-in timer. I can say in the limited amount of time I've had to test this that I would definitely recommend it.

Great idea for a heating pad
I love the front pocket for warming your hands as well and being able to wrap it around lower abdomen for cramps! You can also turn it around to use on your lower back if you needed to or completely undo the strap and lay it flat.

Cozy Pain Relief
This heating pad is really effective. I like that it has different heat settings and that it’s a good size. It also has an adjustable waist strap, which I find really useful because it doesn’t constantly move around.

A NECESSITY if you have BAD cramps while on your c
This is absolutely soft and easy to use! Just plug it up and choose the temperature you would like. The settings are low, medium & high heat, I personally like the medium heat while I’m on menstrual cycle.

Amazing, but strap may not fit plus size
I received this free in exchange for my honest review. Short assessment: I love this and recommend it.
This item actually arrived like a godsend at the tail end of a horrible bout of E coli, and I was delighted to use it to calm my stomach and also elsewhere like my shoulders for body aches. I do have it upside down in my photo (just a preference) but no matter which way you lay it, this thing is amazing. It has 4 heat settings (warm, low, med, hi) and a 2 hour auto shutoff for safety. It heats immediately. The fabric is a very soft microfiber fleece and there is a hand pocket on top along with a strap to secure it to your waist more tightly. I wear a size 18/20 and the strap bareeeely fit while standing and was too tight to be comfortable while sitting so be aware that this element won't do anything for you if you're plus size. It would be nice if they'd include an extension clip piece or lengthen the strap and allow cutting for length, etc. Without the strap, it is sort of just a regular heating pad but the quality is so nice and the hand pockets are neat enough that I still recommend it over others.

Easy to use.
The strap allows for easy adjustment to fit all sizes. The material is soft and comfortable. Easy to adjust the heat with multiple settings. Shuts off on its own after 2 hours.

The Heating Pad I Wish I Had Years Ago
After a long, busy day of teaching—on my feet, constantly moving, and giving my all—this heating pad has been an absolute lifesaver at that time of the month. The Sunbeam Carbon Fiber Thermabelt wraps comfortably around my lower abdomen and stays in place, which means I can actually relax instead of constantly readjusting.

AMAZING for menstrual cramps
10/10 would recommend. I usually have bad cramps on the first day of my cycle and this heating pad was perfect in alleviating some of the pain. I felt so much better even without taking medicine. The pad is actually really thin so it’s not heavy or bulky to wear around. It has a nice blanket texture and has pockets in the front if you want to warm your hands as well. The back is a wide stretchy elastic band with Velcro on one side. You loop it through a plastic ring on one end to control how tight or loose you want it. Because it is a wide Velcro band, it will not shift around unless you want it to. There are 4 heat settings with warm, low, medium, and high. I initially had it at medium because I usually like my heating pads relatively warm but it actually got pretty hot so I switched to low and it was perfect for me. It has an automatic 2 hour timer so if you fall asleep with it on, you don’t have to worry about it overheating or the electricity constantly going into it. The cord is also long so that if you’re outlet is on one end of your living room and your couch on the other, it would still reach. The heating pad warms up very quickly; it doesn’t even take a full minute to heat up. That was my favorite perk. It also covers a large area, so that’s an added bonus. It covered my stomach, my pelvic region, and parts of my hip. I think this is a great quality product and would honestly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a heating pad that is both comfortable and functional.
