A lightweight and soft electric heating pad
This heating pad works really well! It heats up quick, the pad is soft and comfortable to wear, and the cord is plenty long to be able to use it on the couch or in bed. It's fairly lightweight and the cable is even removable so you can wash the pad separately. It's really easy to use, with just a simple remote attached that lets you click a single button to cycle from warm to hot settings and back to off. There is a long velcro strap that lets you attach keep it snugly attached. It's overall a really simple heating pad but it works well, and I'd definitely recommend. When I accepted the product to review it was simply marketed as a belt style heating pad, useful for back and muscle pain, but the box does specifically say it's a menstrual cramp heating pad. I am a man so I unfortunately can't speak to how well it works for that application, but assuming you just need heat it will work really well.

Very warm
This is a great heating pad for your lower back, abdomen, shoulders, or even legs. All you have to do is plug it in and turn it on. There is a strap to keep it securely around your waist to keep the heat consistent. I really enjoyed the hand warmer pockets when I've used this at my desk when I've draped it across my lap. There are 4 heat settings and the highest does get pretty toasty.

Effective product!
I love this product! I’ve always found heat therapy to be an effective way to manage menstrual cramps but I have a hard time finding an effective and consistent delivery method. This one has checked all the boxes and I love the size of the product, additional pocket, soft texture, and different heat settings. It’s a bit pricey but worthwhile for a one time purchase. Highly recommend!

The heating on this isn’t very strong on high but it does do something. The material is so comfortable and soft. I really love how long the cord is as well. It has some straps with Velcro to help keep it in place. Overall I really like this product, it can be used in a variety of ways and the size is great. Just plug it in and switch it to your preferred heat setting, super simple.

My new favorite heating pad!
Not only is this great for menstrual cramps, but it does wonders for my recurring migraines as well. It heats up super fast, the lowest setting is still VERY warm, its SUPER plush, and it has an automatic shut-off! The size is great for any area of the body, and it forms well wherever you lay on it. The material is also very easy to clean! Just a great product all around.

Perfect for my wife whenever the . Visits her
This is a life saver for my wife when that time of month comes. It helps reduce the cramps and also keeps her hands warm and toasty. Very cleverly engineered. It can gets very warm and the medium setting is perfect for her. It's rolls up and compact enough that she can take it with her. Adding a thin tower would help to keep it clean and less maintenance.

Great pain relief.
Warms up so quickly and had a lot of settings. Nice soft fabric against my clothes or body. Can be used on the abdomen or back depending on where my pain is. Its larger than expected and covers a good sized area of my body. Would be perfect if it was battery powered and I could walk around. Otherwise the cord is long and I can lounge around while using it.

Works wonders
Love this heating pad. New favorite. It heats up quickly and evenly. And love the large surface area it covers. Nice and thick and soft and the hand pocket in the front is a nice added bonus! I’ve used it on my abdomen and lower back and used the attached strap to keep it in place. And I’ve also used this on the middle of my back and leg and works wonders.

Great for cramps and back aches
Love this heating pad for providing comforting heat for cramps or back pain. The stretchy Velcro bands ensure a snug fit. I especially enjoy the place for my hands with the soft fabric as they are always cold. I deducted a star because the levels are a bit finicky. The low is a bit too low but the medium is way too hot instead of being warm.

Great for period cramps
Setup is plug and play. It heats super fast and gets really warm. Perfect for menstrual cramps. It has a kangaroo pocket for your hands. Its soft and fuzzy. Its a little awkward sitting up with it on bc it kind of bends but laying down is great and sitting is OK if you loosen the strap in the back and just slide it down some.

This is exactly what I was looking for because I feel like I am always wishing I had something that actually works when it comes to administering heat. This heating pad is not playing around. I can't put it on the highest setting unless I have multiple layers on, which is nice since I'm always in hoodies and sweats.

This Sunbeam Menstrual Cramp Relief Heating Pad works so good. It has infrared heat therapy. It has a strap to hold it in place. My girlfriend loves using this when it’s her girl time and I really like to use it on my back. It even has pockets. It heats up fast and has different modes. Definitely recommend this.

Perfect heating pad
Currently using this as its February and chilly and a heating pad is just such a comfort. This is the best heating pad I’ve had - it heats quickly, stays quite hot without feeling too hot, is a great size (quite large but also compact), and it has pockets! I just can’t say enough good about this. It’s great.

Cozy and warm, sure to make you feel so much bette
This heats up so fast with no noise. It’s wicked soft and heats up wonderfully. It stays in place with a great Velcro strap. Sunbeam quality and value are well known. The heat is targeted and very soothing. It is well insulated with the soft fabric so it’s safe to use and won’t cause burning.

This was life changing for someone with really bad cramps. The product attaches to your body with a strap. The material is soft and when the warmth gets to you it really helps with the pain.
I will have to say the getting in and out is a little cumbersome, but once on it’s really great !

Great for all types of muscle cramps!
I got this for my husband since he's been complaining lately of lower abdominal cramping. I think he probably pulled something in the gym. He loves this heating pad! It heats up quickly and gave him fast relief from the muscle pain. It's very relaxing as well!

Very useful!
I really love this heating pad. I am currently on my period and I usually have a lot of cramps but this really helped me. The heat really made the bubbles in my stomach get out and help with the discomfort of cramps. It's very easy to use and easy to store.

One of the best menstrual cramp treatment for the lady. My girl loves it. It is very easy to use and very sturdy. The temperature is being kept the same constantly. It is not heavy at all which is a bonus. Definitely a must have for the ladies.
