It has a strap to go around your waist and it straps in back it’s a Velcro strap. It has pockets so if your hands are cold, you can put your hands in there too. I am a plus size woman and this fits my whole abdomen completely and I had it on warm and it was very warm already. So the heating power definitely is strong. The instructions are easy. There’s really nothing to assemble or put together besides attaching the hand remote in the plug-in to the actual heating pad .I definitely recommend this for anybody who likes to use regular heating pads when you’re on your period because this one is top-tier.

First, it’s large and can cover a large area…and not just for cramps. I’ve put it on my shoulders and back as well. The fabric is sooooo soft, I love the remote, and the cord is nice and long-making it easy to use laying on the couch or in bed. The temperature is perfect for relief, which is needed in a house with three women. That said, I think it’s going to be marketed towards women, maybe make it cuter? Or, don’t say it’s for cramps and focus on how it works well for large muscle groups. Just my cents for this great product!!

And it's much, much warmer on Low, than my traditional heating pad is on high. If you have intense pain, you need intense heat!! And this modern day, cozy, infrared carbon fiber heating pad delivers the heat!! And it has a pocket to keep your hands warmed too!!! This heated pad measures 21” x 12” and has a 9ft. cord. There’s no assembly required just secure around your waist, plug it in, and press the button. The simple 1-button remote is easy to use and is equipped with an automatic shut-off timer at two hours. The material is SUPER soft and cozy and the two diagonal pockets are for keeping your hands warm. This pad warms up in seconds and offers 4 heat settings: H-M-L-warm. If only it was cordless! My only true complaint is that it doesn’t come with a storage bag. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

I’ve been using the Sunbeam Menstrual Cramp Relief Heating Pad and honestly I love it. I’ve never liked the hot water heating pads, they’re messy and can be dangerous if the water is too hot or leaks. That’s always made me nervous. This one is so much better. It heats up super fast and gives steady, comforting heat without any hassle. I actually get my period twice a month, so this is something i use quite often, and its been a lifesaver for frequent cramps. Its easy, safe and effective and its definitely become a must have for me. I wouldn’t go back to the old style hot water pads.

I love that this heating pad attaches to the body so I don’t have to hold it against me the entire time. On top of that, I can put the heating pad on my back as well and lean up against a chair or the couch. It heats up quickly and I like that there are several temperature settings. I also like the soft, velvety fabric so it doesn’t crunch and crinkle and feel like plastic. This has been such a relief for both me and my daughters! Completely worth it and far better than a typical heating pad.

The multiple heat settings are a huge plus because you can adjust it to what you need. I was able to adjust it up and down as needed and pain level. It also has an automatic shut off which I love since I tend to use it while laying down to sleep. I really appreciate that it comes with a strap to hold in place, which makes it easy to wear while resting and helps to not have to keep readjusting. It heats up super fast, stays warm, and provides consistent relief. This has honestly become a must-have during my cycle. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with painful cramps.

Awesome heating pads by sunbeam ! I work long hours in the kitchen, constantly going from hot to cold, and over the years my hands have really taken a toll. I deal with mild arthritis on a regular basis, and these heating pads truly help alleviate the pain. Although they’re advertised for period cramps, they work perfectly for relieving discomfort in both of my hands. The heat is soothing and effective, and I love that they can be used in multiple ways set up is easy just follow instructions , the material is so soft like silk and very warm . From my personal experience this is a great product that is definitely worth owning.
