The 23 x 15-inch luxurious Micromink wrap contours to the shape of the back to help accelerate tissue healing and relax sore muscles associated with muscle tension and stress. The back wrap stays in place with an adjustable waist strap that securely fits up to an 85-inch waist for hands-free, targeted pain relief. Customize treatment with 4 heat settings and 2-hour auto-shutoff. Enjoy convenient features such as an easy-to-use push-button controller with LED heat setting lights for visibility in the dark, and a long 9-foot cord. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Barely gets hot after few months of usage I bought this months ago and it was super hot which was great for my sciatica. All of a sudden it stopped getting hot and was barely warm on high. I no longer have receipt so can't return it. I went and bought the same one today and right out of the box it barely was warm on high! So I took the new one back. I paid almost $50 for the first one and it should have held up longer. So disappointed. Are they all being made weak now? This will probably deter me from buying any more Sunbeam products unless they send me a replacement one. I am willing to ship back old one in new box if so. If not, I won't waste my money on your products anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't even last a year I bought this for my dad and he loved it at first. It is now 9 months after purchase and it just started blinking and won't heat up anymore. I contacted Sunbeam and it just seems like a giant waste of time trying to work with their warranty dept. The number on the package gets you to a French speaking only line. Their warranty form only gives you errors when you try to submit and then when I called in they said I had to return the product and then once they receive it in their warehouse I can call back in to have them send me a replacement. Why in the world do you not send a replacement and then I can send the broken one back. Very disappointed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it, except the strap I have had 14 spine surgeries and heat is one of the only things to give me relief. The thought of having a heating pad that would stay in place was perfect. I am 6’1” 200lbs and have a 35” waist, so I do not think I am too big for this pad. The only issue I have is the Velcro on the strap does not stay and it pops off each time I use, turning it into the same heating pad I can purchase for a lower price. I love the idea and when it actually stays on, but would like to be able to purchase a new strap. Even though I do not think I did anything wrong to this product. Besides the strap I would give a 5-star review easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good quality It didn't even last a year. When contacted sunbeam about fixing it, the basically told me they wouldn't. Their products are getting cheaper and cheaper in quality. This isn't the first one I've had that's gone bad.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great until controller button dislodged! I’ve this a couple months and use it daily for back pain. It worked for this purpose. Then the control button somehow got dislodged inside of the controller. The screws are a weird triangular shape so it’s impossible to open and fix. Not sure what to do with it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No directions on strap I'm a college graduate so I'm not stupid or anything. The heating pad didn't come with directions as to how to attach the part of the strap that adjusts. I had to think and think to figure it out. Eventually I noticed the small areas of velcro on the ends of the strap and then knew what to do, but it sure would have been nice to have a small sheet of paper or directions on the box itself explaining how to hook it up. I was just about ready to take it back when it dawned on me. This is a problem. Other than that, I just got it today and I did notice it does fit into the curve of my back nicely as I'm sitting. I think it will help me alot with my disc disease. Thank you for inventing this idea and now how about a battery operated one, or solar? :)
