Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ceased to function after 7 months. I bought this heating pad about 7 months ago and it worked great in the beginning, but is no longer functional. It turns off after being on for about one minute and gives me an error code F. I reached out to Sunbeam on the chat function, and was told to unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug it back in. I tried that and it did not help. Nothing has changed with how I power this device. I tried plugging it into a different outlet And nothing helped. Yesterday I would have given it 5 stars. Today it gets one. I have to go out and purchase a new heating pad. Monumental waste of my day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great brand product features This is an excellent heating pad in regard to size of pad and the length of the cord (9ft), nothing worse than a short cord. The quality, features and my overall experience always leads me to Sunbeam. I've always found the best experiences comes to purchasing from name brand producers. Thanks, Bev M

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product I used this for about 6 months and it has never worked like it suppose to after that. Two minutes after turning it on it stops. The on/off button will start blinking with no heat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor electrical connection!!??? I’ve had problems since my first use! The connection at the pad itself is loose and even duct tape to help secure it doesn’t get! I bought 6-9 months ago and will never buy Sunbeam brand again. I paid premium price for a defective product. And when E for error comes onto the settings YOU MUST GET UP AND UNPLUG IT TO RESET IT!!??!! When you’re in pain that’s the last thing you want to do! Frustrated and still hurting.
