Please be advised that India operates on a 230V supply voltage. Please note that all of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage. Additionally, doing so will void the warranty. We hope this would help. Have a great day!

Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source. To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order: 1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds 2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad 3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight 4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters. 5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional. 6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet. Your Sunbeam&reg; King-Size Heating Pad with Compact Storage has a 5-year warranty. If the above resolution will not work please contact us directly to provide the best resolution. Have a great day!

The surface temperature on all Sunbeam&reg; resistance heating pads is a maximum of 135&deg;F - 140&deg;F. For most Sunbeam&reg; heating pads, you can select a temperature from the following settings: Low: 110&deg;F Medium: 138&deg;F High: 160&deg;F. Sunbeam&reg; heating pads are engineered to never exceed 176&deg;F the temperature set by Underwriters Laboratory (UL). We hope this helps. Have a good day!

Washing Instructions for Heating Pad or Heat Wrap with detachable controller and no removable cover: 1. Disconnect pad from outlet. 2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector. 3. Machine wash pad in cool water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent. 4. Hang to dry or machine dry on gentle, cool cycle. 5. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry. Hope this would help. Have a great day!
