I'm really getting a lot out of this product. I purchased two because I have varying levels of tendinitis in each arm. What is the temperature of each of the 3 settings? I know your heating pads are designed to never go above 176.

The temperature of each of the 3 settings are Lo: 110&deg;F, Medium: 138&deg;F, and Hi: 160&deg;F. However, please note that the actual operating temperature of a heating pad depends on many factors.
