Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam® Brand! We appreciate your time and effort for bringing this to our attention and we are sorry to hear that your Sunbeam® Premium Wrapping Heating Pad with XpressHeat® keeps flashing “F” on the control. It's definitely not the experience that we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. If the control is blinking or flashing "F", the unit is not heating or not powering on, it might be because the unit does not establish a secure and enough electricity connection from the power source. It is important that the unit should be plugged into the wall outlet and not to any substitute outlet since all heated products have higher power requirements. Please check for any possible physical damage on the unit or cord and try the following troubleshooting steps below if there’s none. 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product. 3. Re-plug the cord into the connector, making sure the connection is secure. 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. Note: Power strips, extension cords, surge protectors, adapters or other such electronic devices may negatively impact the performance of your product. Power fluctuations from your power company due to inclement weather will also cause this issue. If the above steps will not work, please stop using the product, disconnect the power cord and please contact Sunbeam® directly or fill in the "Contact us" link provided below so that we can provide you with a better solution. Have a nice day! https://www.sunbeam.com/support/contact-us

Oh no! This is definitely not the experience we want you to have. It might not be receiving enough current from the outlet or the pad’s connections are not secured. Kindly reconnect the controls and plug to a different wall outlet. If this doesn't work, kindly fill-up this form https://www.sunbeam.com/en_CA/customerservicecontact?cid=contactus and we will get you all taken care of. Have a great day!
