The Sunbeam® GoHeat™ USB Powered Heating Pad allows you to choose your power source* for pain relief on the go. The compact heating pad uses a type A USB connector that is compatible with Your Own power bank, computer, car USB port, or wall adapter (not included). The 58-inch extension cord allows you to move freely and go cordless by connecting to Your Own power bank (not included) and placing it into the integrated pocket. The 12.5 x 7.5-inch flexible pad neatly rolls to fit into small bags and purses. A 55-inch adjustable strap brings secure, targeted heat therapy to your back, arms, legs, or shoulders, and 3 heat settings offer customized treatment. The Micromink pad and adjustable strap are fully machine washable for easy care—just disconnect from extension cord and power source. Machine-washable pad and strap
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! DO NOT IRON! 1. Disconnect USB Cord from power source and/or USB Extender. DO NOT PULL BY THE CORD. DO NOT WASH USB EXTENDER OR USB WALL ADAPTER (included with Model 2101). Note: Remove any power source that may have been placed in the Integrated Pocket during use. Set it aside, and DO NOT WASH it. 2. Tuck USB Cord into Integrated Pocket to protect it during the wash cycle. 3. Machine wash pad in cold water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly from dryer, or drape to air dry. 4. Ensure pad and USB Cord are completely dry prior to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jenny Jar from Heating pads have come a long way in 20 years! This is an amazing upgrade from my 20 year old heating pad. First, the design is smart You can wrap it using the adjustable strap around your arm or leg to stay in place and fit comfortably. Second, it plugs into any USB plug which is so handy. Third, the fabric is so soft and comfortable. My son has used this on his legs after an injury and I have used it on my back. It heats up quickly and emits the perfect amount of heat to help muscles relax. This model does have to stay plugged in to work- it does not have a chargeable battery. Even though it has to be plugged in, I believe it is a great purchase for injuries and aching muscles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rp23 from Great quality! I love my Sunbeam GoHeat USB powered heating pad. This is the perfect size for my lower back & menstrual cramps. The heating pad is approx. 11.5x7 inches and has a strap/belt that is adjustable. I plug it into my computer when I am sitting at my desk and it feels amazing on my lower back. I also use it with a power bank and in my car!! It has 3 heat setting, low/medium & high and auto shut off, which will turn off in 2 hours if the heat settings are not adjusted (then the time starts over) just like most heating pads or blankets. What make this unique is the size, I am able to place it on more areas comfortably and feel the heat. It is also washable.

The pad itself does not even seem to get anywhere near a hot temperature on high like normal electrical plug heating pads do. It's a brilliant thought if only it really would get warm enough to do anything for your joints, back etc. The size of the pad is small and I don't think it is meant to fit on your back.

I have arthritis in my neck which is progressing and running down into my shoulders and back. I charged the pad up in a wall outlet and then took a power bank along with me. I place the heating pad across my shoulders and it's such a big help for the pain I experience. I have also had my husband put it around the top of his leg. There's an adjuster on the strap and then you can velcro it in place. Moist heat therapy can be used although I haven't done this myself. Auto shuts off after 2 hours. This on the go heating pad is the best thing ever.

I have to admit, that at first I was somewhat skeptical as to the amount of heat this thing put out, while on the highest setting. However, after multiple uses, I believe it has the right amount of heat. Any more, and I believe it would be too much, and one would have to use the lower settings. As with any electronic heating pad, you must be smart about its use, so as to not cause a burn! The USB connector is great for use in my truck! I do wish the connector cord was more durable. It seems a bit flimsy, and not of much quality, but could be replaced very easily, if needed. Besides this small issue, I hope to get many, many uses out of this little gem!!

It’s SO much better to be able to be able to move around and still receive the benefits of the heat, and you can charge it pretty much anywhere with its universal USB connector. I love that it heats up quickly with three heat settings and has an adjustable belt. You can also spray it with water for a moist heat treatment, which is a nice option. I doubt I will be using the traditional heating pad with cord anytime soon!

It measures 12.5 by 7.5 inches and has an adjustable strap that can fit around you for a tight fit around your arm, leg, or waist. The heating pad has a push button on the front for three different heating temps low, medium and high. The heating pad has a moist heat option, you spray fabric with water for pain relief. The universal usb cord is included and is compatible with the power banks, computers and car usb ports. I used my power bank and had no problems. The heating pad will automatically shut off after two hours of use. The instructions were easy to follow

Rated 4 out of 5 by aebn2001 from Great for my back pain! I have 3 lower bulging discs, so I have back pain that randomly comes and goes. When the pain does flair up, I would apply Ice Hot or use a Salopas patch to make it thru the workday. For nighttime, I would lay on a heating pad. This GoHeat pad is so convenient for use during day. The material is soft, and it wrap comfortably amount my waist. Just to give you an idea, I wear a size 34 pants. The adjustable strap can still be adjusted to make it even shorter/longer if needed. To power this on, you will need a portable power bank. The pad has a small slot to hold the power bank which is awesome. You don’t have to worry about having to carry the power bank in your pocket and a wire running from your pocket connected to the pad. You can also power the pad up via PC or Car USB. To turn ON, connect the pad USB wire to a power source & press the power button. You can set the pad to 3 heat setting. The power button will light up to show the heat setting you are on (green/low, orange/med, & red/High). It has a 2hr built in turnoff timer. No need to worry if you forgot to turn it off. I have a high tolerance for heat, so I’ve been using the pad on the High setting only. It gets pretty hot but not hot enough to where it will burn your skin. There only 2 issue I have with this pad. 1 - The USB wire look/feel like it can break easily, we will see how long it will last. 2 – The power button can easily be press when I’m setting down/ lean back. Since I have it on the high setting, the next button press turns it off and this has happened couple time since I’ve use this.

Tips on how to use the heating pad:
a.) 
-Connect the USB Cord directly to a USB power source. 
-For use cases requiring a longer cord, attach the USB Extender.
-Then attach the USB Extender to the USB port on the power source. 
-The Power Button/Heat Setting Indicator will flash 3 times once power to the pad is established. 

Note: Power source could be a USB port on a computer, power bank, or wall adapter with a 2A output. Model 2101 comes with a USB Wall Adapter, other power sources not included.
