The Sunbeam® GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad Battery Accessory is a 11.1V lithium-ion battery unit/heating pad controller designed for use with the Sunbeam® GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad (sold separately). Get portable, soothing heat therapy for pain relief anywhere and anytime you need it. The battery unit features light indicators to easily show each of the three heat settings so you can customize treatment.

Care & Maintenance
Set battery unit aside. DO NOT WASH.
Before first use, fully charge the battery unit/heating pad controller by connecting charger cord into the charger port and plug into AC wall jack. Note: Charge in an ambient temperature between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C). If needed, recharge battery unit prior to next use – only use the power supply that was provided with the unit. Store battery unit in cool, dry location between use.

Battery cannot be charged after 3 uses
I used this 3 times since I bought it last winter and the battery is now flashing green and cannot be charged. I refuse to buy a new battery after having only used this 3 times. This product is now useless to me.

I PURCHASED TWO OF YOUR GO HEAT CORDLESS HEATING PADS ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO IN DECEMBER 2023, LAST NIGHT I CHARGED BOTH BATTERIES AT THEY ONLY LASTED LESS THAN 2 HOURS, HOW CAN I PURCHASE ONLY THE BATTERIES?

GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad Battery Accessory does not last long on low setting - advertised 4 hours on low I get maybe an hour and a half - I've read how to try to rest the battery but doesn't work - I like the product but wish I was able to purchase a battery that works right.

I have looked on all the websites available for replacement batteries, there are NONE available. You cannot find one anywhere! If I had known any of this information, I would have gone elsewhere.

I bought 3 G0-HEATS this week and can't find a power bank. But with all the trouble people are having with this unit and batteries that some people evidently have found somewhere, I'm taking the GO-HEATS back for a refund, and will steer away from anything in the future that has SUNBEAM on it !!! And you might want to do the same ! Good Day.

Bought the GoHeat Pad through Amazon Australia. Sunbeam Australia does hold stocks of this product. Bought in August 2021 with a warranty for one year. The GoHeat Pad performs excellently. The battery did not last. Can Sunbeam sent this replacement?

You can't purchase one. I checked every retailer. None of them sell it. I also cannot find the fast charger. This is a failure of Sunbeam's - not getting their products to the market.
