Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit! I bought 2 heating pads to replace the ones my husband and I had been using. We are both very happy with this purchase. The pad is not bulky at all, sleek and modern design and the heat is evenly distributed. Very comfortable and efficient, the high heat seating is awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I'm very happy with this heating pad. It's very soft & comfortable & a great size. I especially like the 2 hour shut off feature so that if I go to sleep, I know it will shut itself off. I also like being able to select from 4 different heat settings. All around, I would buy this again in a heartbeat. The only negative I have noticed is that when I first turn it on....even on low....there is a high burst of heat that is very uncomfortable, but it only lasts about 5 minutes. This is a great heating pad all the way around!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and Comfortable I bought it over a month ago for my back pain. It heats up quickly as expected. It is larger than most advertised, and the plush material is a big plus compared to the plastic ones with the snap on covers. Have not had to wash it yet and am hoping it holds up. Item seems very durable. Very satisfied!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice features I've had this about a month now. Very soft and I like the large contoured shape. The auto shut off is wonderful. I haven't tried the moist heat yet. I do wish the high temp got just a bit hotter, but minor issue compared to all of the positive features.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was okay while it worked I have gone through three express heat pads in less than a year and a half, every one of them end up getting the fail warning and flashing light. I got all three from Walgreens and they each cost me more than $50. I use to have a sunbeam one that has these metal balls that heated up and I never had an issue with it until after several years it quit on me. I have to use a heating pad non stop when I am able so it's on most of the time, this shouldn't be a problem if it has a non stop shut off yet they keep failing. I think the biggest problem for me is that sunbeam makes all of the decent pads so you're forced to get the same thing over and over again. I saw others had the same issue so wanted to add my story. I don't know what happened to the companies products but maybe looking into the problem would be a solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flashing light? I have this heating pad and I'll turn it on for use and it'll hardly warm up and the high level will just blink. What's wrong with it?
