What is the difference between bake, broil, and toast?

Bake - when the baking cycle is selected, the top and bottom element will heat up.

Broil - when the broil cycle is selected, the top element will heat up.

Toast - when the toast button is depressed, the top and bottom element will heat up.

Why does my Toaster Oven heat differently than my Conventional Oven?

A toaster oven cooks faster than a larger oven. It can maintain its temperature better because it has a smaller space to heat. Carefully follow any special directions on pre-packaged foods. Note that the results vary according to the size of the item and position of the cooking rack.

What if my toast is uneven?

For best results, toast with rack in the lowest position.

How long is the warranty on my Toaster Oven?

Sunbeam® Toaster Ovens are warranted for 1 year.

What if only one heating element is working?

If the "broil" feature is on, only the top element will heat up.
