Sunbeam Waterproof Heated Mattress Pad
I bought this pad a few months ago because I always like to keep a spare in the closet. Our old mattress pad heater finally died after over a years worth of use. We put this on our bed and it worked for the the first couple of nights and woke early this morning to a cold bed. It does not work. I am not happy with this product at all and would not recommend. I wish that you still had the old version with the single control that allowed you to control the head, middle and feet. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and really need to have the heat to be able to move in the morning. Very disappointed!

Would be great if it worked consistently
This is the second of these mattress pads I've owned. The first worked perfectly for more than a year but suddenly just stopped working. I reached out to Sunbeam and they were very helpful with troubleshooting and ultimately replacing the pad which arrived well packaged, in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly, the new pad is already malfunctioning; it heats inconsistently or not at all and recently was actively heating even though both controls were turned off. I will be contacting Sunbeam again for what I hope will be a better option for replacement but I cannot in good conscious recommend this product.

An excellent heated mattress
For all of you heated mattress pad fans, this one works GREAT, heats just right, and give you a choice to have it turn off automatically, or STAY ON ALL THE TIME, which is good for people who are bedridden or don't wish to turn the mattress pad on every night when they go to bed.
I've owned several heated mattress pads over the years, and when I say this one works great, I have experience.
I have found out it is good to plug any heated mattress pad in to the same type of device I use for my TV, or computer, which regulates the amount of electricity in case of lightening strikes, or POWER SURGES, as these controls are tiny computer sensors in the controls, and it will last many years longer if you protect the mattress by using a SURGE PROTECTOR, to plug the heated pad in to, rather than just plugging it in to the wall.
BUT LIKE I SAID, IF YOU ARE A FAN OF A HEATED MATTRESS PAD, YOU WILL LIKE THIS ONE. Roger Stavitz in Danforth, Maine

Very Good Product - One Small Design Flaw
I purchased this heated mattress pad to replace another Sunbeam heated mattress pad that was at least 15 - 20 years old. I am not disappointed at all with my replacement. The controls are easy to read and use. The mattress pad quality is very good. The only reason I did not give this mattress pad a five star rating is the location of where the electric controls plug into the mattress pad is on the topside of the pad which can be felt by one's feet, especially if you are a tall person. My previous Sunbeam mattress pad had that same electric connection along the side of the mattress pad. Again, the heated mattress pad is a very good product, works very well, just for me there is one small design flaw.

Not happy at all! Had it on th bed for a week. We used it one night to warm the bed, didn't need it for a couple of nights then turned it on for the second time and the right side will only blink. I can't even turn it off. So far my responses with the company have been unresourceful! Not impressed yet with their service.

Very comfortable- I cannot feel any wires or bumps in my king size heated mattress pad. It’s water resistant but I haven’t had any spills so I can’t comment on that part. The pad doesn’t make any “crinkle “ sound when I get into bed. It fits my bed perfect. I use it year round since I have a bad back and a sore knee. It’s like a giant heating pad- it’s a wonderful investment for aches and pains. It also helps me save money in the winter since I don’t need to heat my whole house- it keeps me plenty warm during our Colorado winters. I decided to buy all my adult kids one for Christmas and they love theirs! So do our pups!

Warm and cozy
This came just in time, a few days prior to our heater going out. It has definetely lived up to its features, we have had it for over a month now. We let it preheat while we get ready for bed. My husband and I have it set at different setting, a 3 or 4 is usually pretty good for both of us. Its really nice not to get in a cold bed again!
