Most professionals nowadays do a great deal of their work on a computer. The placement and position of your monitor can make a world of difference in the way you sit and perform your day-to-day tasks. Add a Cushion to Your Keyboard

Be sure to set up your work station so everything is at the appropriate height. Your feet should be flat on the ground, your back should be straight and your chin should be level with your desk. Your elbows should naturally rest on your desk and your wrists should be straight on the keyboard.
