Rated 4 out of 5 by from Iron was everything I expected This iron worked very well. I don't iron too often but I like an iron that is sturdy, has steam, and had safety features. This iron has all three of these things. The controls were modern and easy to use. It looks really nice, unlike the old clunky irons that my parents used. It's really easy to fill the iron up with water and use the steam function. The steam came out evenly and resulted in a very well ironed shirt. The iron glides nicely over the fabrics and doesn't get stuck or caught. It also shuts off after 30 seconds if left for too long unattended. Overall, great experience using this! *Disclaimer: I was sent this item for free to review*

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not stay hot I got this iron from Costco and sat down to iron clothes. After I filled it with water and turned on, selected fabric type, the blue lights blinks and then goes off. The center power light now blinks and beeps. Iron then cools down (shuts off). Every couple of minutes I have to keep pressing fabric selector button to keep it on(warm/hot). Very frustrating to iron with such a bad product right out of the box. Planning to return it it Costco. Looked at manual, it says if Auto shutoff is activated (how?), this could happen. Tried the suggested step but did not work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NEAT SPACE AGE DESIGN/COLOR I am one of the few people i know who still iron and I have gone through MANY irons. I got this iron about a month ago. Sunbeam isn't a brand I normally think of when I look for an iron. This one was a surprise. It did have a good weight to it...substantial, but not too heavy. I found the steam button on top difficult to push. I had thumb surgery a couple of years ago and they are not as strong as they once were. I thought the steam worked well, but it took me awhile to find the "shot of steam" button, but that was my fault for not reading any instructions or looking at the pictures on the box before I tried it. * Disclaimer: This iron was sent free to me to review.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lemon After three uses, it has died. On the first plug-in, the iron made so much noise it scared both my dog and me, and it made grinding noises while I ironed one item. Second use, it quit in the middle of the one item I needed to iron. It now is dead: lights are on, but it has no heat at all and something is rattling inside the casing. I have unplugged, read the instructions, replugged, changed settings, removed water, added water, and reprimanded. This iron cannot be coaxed back to life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Turbo Steam Iron! This is a great iron!! I received the Sunbeam Turbo Steam Master iron as a product sample to try out. I already had an iron that wasn't that old that I thought was pretty good but the Turbo Steam Master iron blew it away. It is a heavier iron with a very nice ceramic plate that irons super smooth. It heats up to your requested temperature in 15 seconds. I used it on several fabrics - linens, knits, light cotton, heavy cotton and more. It only took one pass of the iron on the steam setting to get the wrinkles out of dress shirts or jeans. I am very impressed with this iron and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an good iron. It far surpassed my expectations. Excellent iron!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Interesting When I first got the iron, and read the word, "steam," I thought this would be a great iron to have, when there isn't time to take items to the dry cleaners. I've never owned anything as fancy as this iron. I tried ironing shirts that wrinkled easily, and I will have to say it did the job of taking most of the wrinkles away. I'm not an expert at ironing, but it definitely made my job easier and in less time it would take for me to use a regular iron and a water spray bottle. Overall, the iron was user friendly. I would recommend it. DISCLAIMER: I received this iron for free in exchange to review it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great two in one iron. A good iron with great features. I like the saftey shut off features. I like the vertical steam feature. I really like the the fact that I can use the vertical steam iron to de wrinkle clothes I forget in the dryer or before I wear something with only needing one iron instead of two irons ( a regular and vertical steam iron). The digital settings and lighting are easy to use and functional. Also not that it's something I'm too concerned about when choosing an iron but it is pretty stylish looking as far as irons go. The cord is long enough to not be a burden as cords can sometimes be. I received this iron as a sample to review and ended up liking and using it much more than expected and will continue to do so. Thanks for reading and have a good day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sharp looking, easy to use Out of the box the turbo steam iron is the sharpest looking iron I've ever used. It looks and feels like a really nice appliance, not just a tool necessary for chores. I also like that it has some heft...but it's not too heavy. My favorite thing was the easy digital temp selector. Just push the button for your fabric and wait until it's the right temperature. However, I made the mistake of ironing my cotton first (before my poly blends) so I had to wait (and wait) for it to cool down. Also the steam is very productive (LOTS of steam) which I like. In fact the steam-making was a little too noisy, but nothing all that bad. Quick disclaimer, as a person who hates wrinkled clothes, I was provided this iron to test
