Awesome comfort and features! Great quality!!
We bought ours at Christmas 2013. We LOVE it!!! I can pre-heat the bed prior to getting in with the push of a button, we can adjust both of our sides of the bed to fit our own needs. I like that I can heat only my feet, or on days when I am achy I can set all three portions of my side as hot as my body requires. My husband also loves his controls of each area of his body. This is the best mattress pad we have ever owned!! (We have been using heated mattress pads since 2005) and like I said this is the only one I will ever own again. We are even going to purchase this type for all of our beds at our north woods cabin!!!

Great while it worked
I have the queen size with 6 zones and a wireless digital control. I have owned mine for 3 or 4 years (can't quite remember).
It worked great initially and at a 2-3 setting, it was comfortably warm. But after about a month of use, I noticed it didn't get quite as warm even at the 7-8 setting. when that first winter was over, I sent it in for repair as it was still under warranty. The next winter, I experienced the same thing with the repaired mattress pad. I gave up on returning it for repair. I still use it but I now have to set it at 7-8 to even get the chill out of the bed. However, the only spots that heat up really well are at the outer edges.

If you have any arthritis, neuropathy, injuries, or fractured bones this is a must. It relaxes and soothes your nerves and bones. You decide on the heat settings. Six zones. You can turn them all off and/or turn one or more on. It does have a preheat, turn off and/or a stay on program. I could not live with out this matress cover. You will not be disappointed.

Heats great but falls apart after a few months...
I bought this earlier this year. Loved it.. still do BUT it splits down the middle on the underside and the heating coils won't stay in place. Hopefully they made this Winter's version out of strong material.

Heats nicely, and we like that my wife and I can each adjust 3 heating zones individually. However, the single control is a nuisance - if my wife is asleep and the control is on her side, I have to get out of bed and walk around to adjust it. Really could use two separate controls.
The cable connections are at the foot of the bed - and, the instructions specifically say to not put the cable between the mattress and box spring. This means there are two cables hanging off the foot of the bed, tangled in the bed skirt.
Overall, does the job, but between the awkward cable and the single control. could be better designed.

Very warm and comfy.
I bought this to replace the Sunbeam Queen premium bed warmer which I loved and unfortunately so did my puppy. He decided to chew up the wires. I waited a bit and shopped around and found this one. I love the wireless control and this one fits my bed easier.the multiple areas and settings are WONDERFUL. I have one area I would like to have improved, where the wires connect to the cover is very difficult to snap it tight. Might be easier for a younger person but this is hard for me. It washes beautifully, and goes back on the bed so nicely,it would get 5 stars if it wasn't so hard to snap closed .. overall very nice .

Don't use on foam mattress!
I had to send mine back for a refund. I think it would have been nice to have, but it would have damaged my Tempurpedic mattress. Thank goodness customer service was straightforward about the problem, but it should have been shown on the website that the pad is not recommended for memory foam mattresses.

outrageously warm and cozy
I bought this mattress for the fall/winter of 2014. I was concerned about foam/latex mattress damage due to the heat. I purchased a mattress topper giving approximately 2inches of separation between my mattress and the heating pad. This has been an amazing product right out of the box. The installation is a breeze, the digital/wireless control is easy to navigate. It has 10 heat settings and I have yet to even go above '3' - I shudder to think of the inferno that comes with the higher settings. The preheat function warms the sheets up great. I typically turn it on when I get home from work, and after I take my shower (approximately 20min later) it is ready for me to crawl under. I sleep great and wake up refreshed. I am able to keep the house thermostat in the middle 60s. This is a phenomenal product.
