Rated 1 out of 5 by OrangeCrush from Great while it worked I have the queen size with 6 zones and a wireless digital control. I have owned mine for 3 or 4 years (can't quite remember). It worked great initially and at a 2-3 setting, it was comfortably warm. But after about a month of use, I noticed it didn't get quite as warm even at the 7-8 setting. when that first winter was over, I sent it in for repair as it was still under warranty. The next winter, I experienced the same thing with the repaired mattress pad. I gave up on returning it for repair. I still use it but I now have to set it at 7-8 to even get the chill out of the bed. However, the only spots that heat up really well are at the outer edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by vlk1 from Awesome comfort and features! Great quality!! We bought ours at Christmas 2013. We LOVE it!!! I can pre-heat the bed prior to getting in with the push of a button, we can adjust both of our sides of the bed to fit our own needs. I like that I can heat only my feet, or on days when I am achy I can set all three portions of my side as hot as my body requires. My husband also loves his controls of each area of his body. This is the best mattress pad we have ever owned!! (We have been using heated mattress pads since 2005) and like I said this is the only one I will ever own again. We are even going to purchase this type for all of our beds at our north woods cabin!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by BigJimbo from Don't use on foam mattress! I had to send mine back for a refund. I think it would have been nice to have, but it would have damaged my Tempurpedic mattress. Thank goodness customer service was straightforward about the problem, but it should have been shown on the website that the pad is not recommended for memory foam mattresses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Azzurra from Highly recommend If you have any arthritis, neuropathy, injuries, or fractured bones this is a must. It relaxes and soothes your nerves and bones. You decide on the heat settings. Six zones. You can turn them all off and/or turn one or more on. It does have a preheat, turn off and/or a stay on program. I could not live with out this matress cover. You will not be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by landjinNC from Great Product! Have used for a month now and we love it so far. Use only to preheat the bed, but with colder temps on the way, we will use on low heat through the night. Having only one control base takes some getting used to. Thus far we have been very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by joshuatryan from outrageously warm and cozy I bought this mattress for the fall/winter of 2014. I was concerned about foam/latex mattress damage due to the heat. I purchased a mattress topper giving approximately 2inches of separation between my mattress and the heating pad. This has been an amazing product right out of the box. The installation is a breeze, the digital/wireless control is easy to navigate. It has 10 heat settings and I have yet to even go above '3' - I shudder to think of the inferno that comes with the higher settings. The preheat function warms the sheets up great. I typically turn it on when I get home from work, and after I take my shower (approximately 20min later) it is ready for me to crawl under. I sleep great and wake up refreshed. I am able to keep the house thermostat in the middle 60s. This is a phenomenal product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Still Cold in Connecticut from Batteries NOT included! I can't believe that I paid $130 for this heated mattress pad and it does not even include the 3 AAA batteries that run the remote controller. I can't even tell you how it works yet because I have to go to the store to buy batteries. Its not even the cost as much as the convenience. You might want to rethink this one! I wish I had read this comment section previously - I might not have purchased it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by cmd205 from Disappointed in the unmountable controller. I bought this electric mattress pad a month ago. If I knew I had to use batteries for this electric blanket I would not of purchased it. Very inconvenient having only one controller. It needs to have a bracket to put on the bed so it can be changed by either person in the middle of the night. I can't set the controller over 1 or 2 it gets VERY HOT!
