Rated 1 out of 5 by GuyStephens from Stopped working after a few months of light use Has digital controls that go bad and shut this iron down. Very bad design and defective digital controller - Costco said they had a ton of problems with them and don't sell them any longer. DO NOT BUY.

Rated 1 out of 5 by johannect626 from disappointed I am very disappointed. It is written on the box that there would be a dial with the clothes types and when I bought mine, there were only dots on that dial. I think I will have to return it

Rated 5 out of 5 by texasmom from steam master iron I loved the steam master Professional iron. The feature I love most is the 3 way motion smart auto off. It actually turns off the iron in 8 minutes in upright position and 30 seconds if down or on its side. This is great for me. Sometimes I get a phone call and get distracted so this helps me . I also love the stainless steel plate for smooth gliding. The retractable cord for easy storage is amazing! I love it, why didn't all my old irons have this feature? Love it! Love it has a drip free system , no more drips for me. Having a self clean button makes it so easy to maintain this iron. It does a great job and I love this iron.

Rated 5 out of 5 by IWTSBN from Super Steam Master Professional Iron I was lucky enough to receive the Sunbeam Steam Master Professional Iron to review. My first thought when I opened the box was "I love the look of this iron!" I am by no means an ironing expert however the ease in which I could use this iron even surprised me. I love the retractable cord and the steam function works really well. It was easy to pick my desired setting and heated up really quickly. I iron wrinkled cotton shirts , and denim jeans on a regular basis and ironing with the Steam Master Professional iron was super easy and my clothes looked great. I even ironed decals onto t-shirts for my daughter and they came out great! Great product for a great price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Crystalhahn from Fantastic Iron This iron is reasonably priced. It has good steam, and it's easy to fill with water. I like that I can use tap water to fill it. The auto-shutoff is fantastic. It's lightweight and easy to use. Hot temperature is good, and the temperature control is very easy to use, and accurate. Love the retractable cord! It does a better job on line than other irons. The only change I would change would be put the steam button on the left and the spray button on the right. Amazing iron! I recieved this product as a sample to review, and I am very happy I did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cabowers from Great Features! Review: I really like this iron. It's high quality and has some very nice additional features that you don't find on standard irons. The retractable cord is a great feature and makes storing the iron so easy. It glides very smoothly on all types of fabric and the steam jets are nice and powerful without dripping. The steam jets also work vertically too so it can be used to smooth out wrinkles on curtains, or hanging clothing. It has a 3 way automatic shut off that will turn the iron off in 30 seconds in case it tips over or on it's side, and in 8 minutes if the iron is accidentally left on. It is a bit heavier than my old iron but I'm sure that's from the retractable cord feature that I really like. This is a 5 star iron and I definitely recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lena17 from Getting to know the Steam Master I received this Iron to test and review. At first I did not like it because it kept sticking to what I was ironing. Then I realized that I had to let go of the settings I used with my old iron and get to know how this one works. During my experience I noticed some sticking, that was dissappointing but 9 times out of 10 it worked great. I loved the color and the retractable cord too! The tip is super pointed and any ironer knows that pointier the better. The controls are easy to understand and use. The steam feature is fantastic!! Being able to steam with this iron at home saves me lots of money. The steam takes out pesky wrinkles while the item is still on the hanger! I am happy with this iron!

Rated 4 out of 5 by MelodyM from Great Iron, Easy to use I received the GCSBCL-152 Sunbeam Steam Master Retractable Cord Iron to test. The iron heats up quickly and made short work of a wool shirt that needed wrinkles removed. I really like the option to be able to steam things on the hanger. The iron handles easily and isn't too heavy while at the same time isn't too light. A major con for me was that the fabric selection dial is beneath the handle. This isn't an insurmountable design flaw, but it is inconvenient at best. The retractable cord made putting the iron away super easy, but the cord on mine easily broke. All in all it is an iron that I could foresee using for years to come and although the cord broke it still gets the job done in an exceptional way.
