Rated 1 out of 5 by OrangeCrush from Great while it worked I have the queen size with 6 zones and a wireless digital control. I have owned mine for 3 or 4 years (can't quite remember). It worked great initially and at a 2-3 setting, it was comfortably warm. But after about a month of use, I noticed it didn't get quite as warm even at the 7-8 setting. when that first winter was over, I sent it in for repair as it was still under warranty. The next winter, I experienced the same thing with the repaired mattress pad. I gave up on returning it for repair. I still use it but I now have to set it at 7-8 to even get the chill out of the bed. However, the only spots that heat up really well are at the outer edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by vlk1 from Awesome comfort and features! Great quality!! We bought ours at Christmas 2013. We LOVE it!!! I can pre-heat the bed prior to getting in with the push of a button, we can adjust both of our sides of the bed to fit our own needs. I like that I can heat only my feet, or on days when I am achy I can set all three portions of my side as hot as my body requires. My husband also loves his controls of each area of his body. This is the best mattress pad we have ever owned!! (We have been using heated mattress pads since 2005) and like I said this is the only one I will ever own again. We are even going to purchase this type for all of our beds at our north woods cabin!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Phil R from works fine Heats nicely, and we like that my wife and I can each adjust 3 heating zones individually. However, the single control is a nuisance - if my wife is asleep and the control is on her side, I have to get out of bed and walk around to adjust it. Really could use two separate controls. The cable connections are at the foot of the bed - and, the instructions specifically say to not put the cable between the mattress and box spring. This means there are two cables hanging off the foot of the bed, tangled in the bed skirt. Overall, does the job, but between the awkward cable and the single control. could be better designed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Azzurra from Highly recommend If you have any arthritis, neuropathy, injuries, or fractured bones this is a must. It relaxes and soothes your nerves and bones. You decide on the heat settings. Six zones. You can turn them all off and/or turn one or more on. It does have a preheat, turn off and/or a stay on program. I could not live with out this matress cover. You will not be disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by roghitch from Many nice features but not user friendly. I like the three heating zones. The pad warms up nicely but the lowest heating level is still too warm to use all night even though we keep the house quite cold. The wireless remote is difficult to use for several reasons. The display is difficult to see. The pre-heat function does not work well due to the fact that I have to turn some zones off because they get too warm on the lowest setting. To get the pre-heat to work, a zone cannot be turned off so I must set all to at least level one for the pre-heat to work and then turn the zones off to keep from overheating after the pre-heat cycle is done. This amounts to a lot of button pushing every day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Howard from Very good prior to seam separation Purchased this therapeutic mattress pad in winter and it was great, providing warmth in the zones selected. Changed out the mattress pad as Summer 2014 approached to find that the major top to bottom seam down the center of the King size fabric has shredded for more than 50% if its 80 inch length. We want to replace the unit and are contacting Sunbeam about a replacement since it has a 5 year limited warrantee.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Blinglover from It's not working...... Bought this mattress pad a couple of months ago when the temperature was still nice. We tried the pad out for a couple of nights and it was great. I have lots of back pain so I knew this would be great on my back on cold nights. I even recommended it to some friends. We turned it off as we didn't need it at that time. Now it is winter time. We turned it on and both remotes just blink F2. Turned it off and on. Unplugged and tried again. Still F2 is all we get. You would think after paying this much for it, it would work longer than a couple of months. I am too embarrassed to tell my friends that I led them wrong. The quality of the pad appears to be very good and it is comfortable; but I want my heat!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by dhpnc from Dead On Arrival Our anxiously awaited heated pad was dead on arrival. We tried everything covered in the troubleshooting guide and online to no avail. Called customer service (we purchased it directly from Sunbeam) and they insisted that I would have to pay for return shipping. I convinced the rep to cover shipping and she agreed to email me a return label. I'm still undecided on a replacement or refund. First, not impressed that ours was "DOA", second, the power cord is too short to conveniently reach an outlet near our bed, and third, (and possible THE dead breaker) only one remote. I don't think this was well thought out...I can see this being a big inconvenience and source of frustration in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, this is the only multizone heated pad we can find.
