Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality item. They don't last! Bought for my disabled husband to use during the coldest days here in TX. He only used for a couple of weeks during the last three winters. Now the blanket won't even heat. It was a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from junk This is my 3rd blanket I bought..heated ""ok" at first, now same as the other 2 I had the On/off light starts blinking for some unknown reason and it doesnt heat. This is the last one I will buy from Sunbeam. Dont waste your money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soft and wonderfully warm! Our old blanket was 16 years old and not heating like it used to, so I needed to shop for a new one. This one was not exactly what I was looking for but the price was right. We have had probably four episodes where the blanket stopped heating and the controllers started flashing, but unplugging the blanket both at the wall and at the blanket and then plugging it back in, first the blanket and then the wall, restored normal operation. This has not happened every night but about once a week. Not sure yet if there is a problem, but when it is working it is wonderfully warm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked a week Worked great for a week, then broke. Light started blinking on the controller and could not be reset, which seems common with this one. Not worth paying to mail it back to get another one that may break again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased with the electric blanket The quality of the electric blanket I purchased is as I expected with a Sunbeam product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only worked for 2 months This blanket only worked for 2 months and then quit. It was great while it worked but I would have expected it to last longer. I wasted my money on this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Heater/Touchy Electronics Very satisfied with how quickly the blanket heats the bed since we have a very cool bedroom (typically 50 to 60 degrees in Winter). Lowest setting (L) is adequate during the night. Had to add an electrical outlet adjacent to the control since the controls don't like extension cords. The lights dimmed for an instant today which caused the controls to blink and required unplugging the electrical cord from the wall and unplugging from the blanket to reset the controls even though the blanket was off. It's hard to unplug from the blanket due to two stiff hooks that keep it from inadvertently coming apart. I'm concerned that the internal wires will eventually separate at this connector because of all the pressure required to unplug. Other users have commented about this questionable design feature. If this blinking continues the blanket becomes unacceptable even though it heats great otherwise.
