Simple and quick- a great side dish for any main meal.
Ingredients:
Cream together 1/2 cup each margarine and brown sugar. Add: 1 tablespoon orange juice
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Bake in individual greased muffin cups.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Serve as a side dish to a main meal or freeze extras for another time.
