Delicious chocolate brownies with walnuts, made with cake flour for Passover.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup shortening or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4 cup cake flour (for Passover)
Directions:
- Chop nuts in blender.
- Cream next 2 ingredients.
- Add the remaining items.
- Spread in a greased 8x8 pan and top with nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Makes 16 squares.
