Don't let the name fool you. There's nothing mini about the taste of their treat. Super chocolaty brownies with delicious vanilla frosting are given an added fruity kick with mouthwatering Skittles® Wild Berry Bite Size Candies.
Ingredients:
1 package Fudge Brownie Mix
1 large egg
1/3 cup water
1/3 vegetable oil
1 tub Vanilla Frosting
1 (16 oz) package Bite Size Candies
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line mini muffins pan with mini cupcake liners.

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies. Fill individual liners no more than half full.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 to 15 minutes in pan, then remove to cooling rack.

Fit a pastry bag with a star tip and fill with frosting. Pip little stars over the surface of brownie. Decorate with candies.
