8oz cream cheese (may substitute low fat cream cheese)
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup heavy cream (may substitute 8oz low fat prepared whipped non-dairy topping)
3/4 cup red currant jelly
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries or other fresh fruit
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar until fluffy.
Whip heavy cream until cream holds its shape (8oz low fat prepared whippped non-dairy topping may be substituted).
Blend lightly, but thoroughly, with cream cheese mix.
Fill heart-shaped mold or 8 small dessert dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Melt red currant jelly over low heat.
When liquid has cooled, add fresh sliced strawberries or other fresh fruit.
Serve topped with sauce.
