3 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, with Sunbeam® Hand Mixer on medium speed, beat oil and sugar until well blended.
Unwrap dough; divide in half. On a lightly floured surface, with lightly floured rolling pin, roll out half of dough to about 1/4-inch thickness; save scraps to re-roll. Using floured 3-inch round or shaped cookie cutters, cut into shapes. Arrange 1-inch
Bake 12-15 minutes, until cookies are lightly browned around edges. Using a spatula, remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely; store in airtight container.
