An appetizing and fresh salsa with a hint of mango. Great for dipping.
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz./454 g.) whole tomatos, drained
1/2 small onion, cut into chunks
1/2 small green bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 small mango, pared and cut into chunks
Directions:

In blender container, place ingredients in order given

Cover and pulse until mixture is chunky, about 10 seconds, or of desired consistency

Pour mixture into a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips
