Take advantage of the plentiful bounty of summer fruit to refresh everyone. Low fat milk or soymilk is good for a starting point. 1 cup milk
1 frozen banana
1 peach, mango, or plum, chilled
1 or 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute
Blend ingredients until frothy.
Makes 1 large smoothie. May be divided and frozen.
